We're taking back Mondays!!!
"Motivational Mondays" are fabulous tips to get you excited and pumped for the week!
Feeling low? Moody? Down on life? Well, that's what these posts are for! Time to feel awesome again and get some Positivity rolling! Just because it's Monday doesn't mean you can't have fun, smile, and enjoy Today! Apply these tips to your week and try to tell me that you don't start to see an improvement in your life! ;)
It's all about You! Change your perception, change your attitude, love your life! xo
. . . . . . . . . .
☺ Everything you want is an inside job! The world outside of yourself is the result of your thoughts, therefor if you want your exterior world to change you Must change yourself from the interior first. It's all the result of thoughts. So set your thoughts and frequency on happiness and positivity. Radiate that positivity out to the Universe and it will return to you as a truly magnificent life.
☺ Start a Funds Jar. Reuse an old bottle, have fun making it look pretty, and label it your "travel" "tattoo" or whatever thing it is that you are trying to save up for. Put $10 in it to start, then pick a dollar amount to add to it every week. Something like $5-10 you're probably not going to notice, that's a tea date or a meal out. It's hard to save up money for things that we want sometimes so dedicate some of your hard earned cash to your new funds jar to work towards your wants and dreams. Just don't go out and buy a funds jar or piggy bank, that's kind of counter-productive in my opinion, especially when this makes a fun little craft project as well. ;)
☺ Have a moment… I recently started a new ritual every saturday on the blog, to reflect upon life and allow my thoughts to flow uninhibited in a sort of "happy diary" post. I want you to get into this same ritual. You don't have to post it online if you don't want to, but I want you to take time to write for half an hour or more, simply allowing your thoughts to flow. Try to focus on the positive, that is the point of the exercise. If you are going to reflect on something negative then make sure you come out with a positive conclusion to the issue. Get your brain on the positive train!
☺ Grow your own Food! Spring is on the horizon and it's time to get gardening! This is super exciting, you should be super duper excited! Gardening is for everyone and you reap so many benefits; aside from having your own fresh veggies to eat, gardening also reconnects us with mother nature and can be a fun activity to do with loved ones. If you don't have space where you live then do what you can and get creative! Join a community garden, start a windowsill garden box, share a garden with some friends or family. Do what you can! ☺ Remember to Keep Moving Forward! Failure, falling down, and those bumps in the road all serve their purpose and they happen to everyone. Remember that it's all part of the journey. Learn the lesson, pay attention, don't get stuck in a rut, and keep moving forward. Getting discouraged or down when things aren't okay serves you no purpose. Let it go. Keep moving moving!
☺ Have a solo Dance Party! It's been a while since I've made the suggestion of dancing around your home, sooooo… have a solo dance party! Blast some upbeat poppy music and dance like a maniac, run around, prance around, bust out all your best and worst dance moves! Try to take ten minutes every day this week to do this, you'll notice a total uplift in your mood, I promise! ;)
☺ "If you limit your choices only to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is a compromise." ~ Robert Fritz. I see people compromise all the time, and it's somewhat disheartening. Anything and everything you could want in life you can have. All your dreams can come true. With the right attitude and mindset and positivity anything is absolutely possible. So don't compromise, stay positive, and watch the magic happen!
Hope you're all making the most of some sunshine or rain or snow (isn't this a funny time of year?!) and Create a Nice Day!!
Much Love from me to you!
