Wooohoo! It's Monday! Happy Happy Happy Monday!! 

Law of Attraction Tip: Pay attention to what is reoccurring in your life, what is present currently--for both the highs and the lows. Those are the things you talk and/or complain about the most, that is why they show up in your life. If there is a lack in your life in some area, then pay attention to what it is you speak and think most about. Thoughts become things! Turn it around with Gratitude--the best key in the world!   
Love Love Love! Spread Love. Be Loving. Express only Love. When in doubt, ask yourself: "what would love do?" "Am I being loving?" (loving means both to yourself and the people around you--don't exclude yourself out of the equation!                  
Go on a Photo Expedition! It's fall, it's beautiful! The leaves are changing colour and fluttering down from the treetops, fresh to be kicked around and played in. Get outside and go on a photo expedition. Take photos of the leaves, the sky, the trees, the people, the animals, and any random opportunity along your way. Make it a little adventure this week! 
Be Proactive About Your Happiness! I recently did a video blog on this topic, because I have a lot to say about it ;) I also wrote a "life reflections" post somewhat on the topic. Being proactive about your Happiness means getting off your butt and doing something about it. Misery is easy, but so is happiness--it requires the same energy, it merely takes that push and motivation to get on the happy side some times. If you want to be happy, then Do Something about it!      
Don't Forget to Dance! I like to think of dancing as dance therapy some days. It's the perfect mood lifter, the perfect opportunity to shake off some negative vibes and be a little extra silly and spontaneous and fun. How can you not smile when you start jumping around, busting out dance moves? I know I can't! So don't forget to take plenty of dance breaks throughout your day, whether it be one minute or an hour, get yourself hoppin' and movin'! ;)                     
Take Action in Your Life. It's easy to feel stuck in one spot when inaction plagues you. You go back and forth a million times on what to do, what course of action to take, or simply make a mess by running around in circles within your own mind. Break out of the cycle by taking action. Often we're afraid that we won't make the “right” decision, so we do nothing. Instead, think of it as a stepping stone to a place ahead of where you currently are that will give you new information that you can use to take more actions.

Wow! It's been a long time! I hope you have missed the Motivational Mondays posts and are ready to get back to some ass-kicking tasks and motivations for your weeks ahead! We're back! Let's get motivated! Rar! Rar! Rar!  

Law of Attraction Tip: The fastest way to manifest something is to Expect it. Manifesting is a strange balance that can sometimes feel challenging, but that balance comes in harmony when we have high hopes, but aren't attached to the outcome. Contradictory? It may feel that way. We must Believe what we want is coming to us, but we also must release Attachment. Find the balance.            
Listen to Your Heart. The Heart knows. It just knows. The heart is that little voice in the pit of your stomach that is trying to communicate with you. It is the feelings of excitement or dread, the bliss of happiness or the melancholy which tells us whether we are on track or doing something we shouldn't. Learning to be honest with ourselves is how you truly listen to your heart, and how you live your life more harmoniously. Do your best, and trust Yourself.             
Get Outside! It's summer, it's  beautiful! There are things to do! Get outside, run around, bask in the sun, explore your environment! Make the most of these summer months and get outside as much as possible, you'll be glad you did!     
Feel Good With Your Identity. It is easy to feel challenged in our sense of self, in our identity, in our decisions, so it is important to remind yourself that you are Awesome and that you are doing what is best for yourself. Chances are there will always be Someone who has a problem with something you're doing. Ignore them. What matters is that you are being true to yourself and doing what is best for yourself--because only You know what is best for yourself.      
Step out of Your Comfort Zone! I will always come back to this piece of advice, because it is in these moments we truly discover hidden parts of ourselves, of strengths and weaknesses, of windows to our own souls. Challenge yourself, take a leap, do something you wouldn't normally do. Recently I had my first Bikram Yoga class, and boy was I ever challenged and out of my comfort zone, but boy was it worth it! So have courage and take the leap!                    
Let Go, Let Go, Let Go! There are so many things that we cling to, that we hold onto that don't serve us, so learning to let go is important. Let go of negative thinking, of hopelessness, of self-defeat. Let go of fear. Let go of self-limiting beliefs. Let go of being right. Let go of things. Let go of waiting.   
"There is no external source of happiness, therefore stop effort and release from anxiety. We are searching for happiness rather than expressing happiness because of our core belief that "I am not enough" ~ John Ruskan (Emotional Clearing). Remember, You are Always Enough! So be Happy! ;)

My motivation for you this week is the lovely image above! 

Why? Because the point of this blog, the point of these motivational monday posts are to get you to love your life and to love yourself and to live life to the fullest. What is life if we don't just say "f*#k it" to the norm, to the conditioning of society, to the value systems and beliefs of others, or falling into insecurities. I would hate not to live my life to the fullest because of insecurities. We are all beautiful, inspiring, amazing human beings just as we are and we need to learn to embrace every part of ourselves so that we may live the life we dream for, the life we Want, the life we can Choose. We are all full of Infinite Potential! 
Live a life your proud of. And be proud of the life you've lived thus far. Everything happens for a reason; for purpose can be found in everything if you look hard enough. Create a life that makes you smile, that makes you come alive. This is different for everyone, so don't follow the herd, express yourself as you feel is right for You. But make your dreams come true. Practice gratitude and smiling and things that make you effortlessly Happy. Live the Life that is right for You!  
Stop waiting for tomorrow. Stop placing limitations on yourself. Stop not doing things because you're afraid, insecure, or because you are devaluing yourself into believing you can't. You can do anything you set your heart to. Persist. Work at it every day. Dream BIG! And never back down. This life is yours! This life is yours to live to the fullest; to laugh and smile and be as ridiculous and silly as you'd like or as entirely calm and zen-like as you desire. Be Yourself. Express yourself Freely and openly at all times. Don't shy away from who you are; embrace  it with all your heart so that others can do the same. 
I want you to live a Magical Happy Life! Because you damn well deserve it! So! Put on that beautiful smile and take on the world! Because This Life is Yours!

Oh no! Oh my! What happened to Motivational Mondays?! It seems the writer had a certain lack of motivation herself. It's funny though, I need my readers as much as they seem to need me, for writing about motivation, about happiness, motivates me as well. I think this is why I recommend a Happy Diary so much: there is nothing more powerful than the written practice of Happiness. 
Well, Motivational Mondays are back, though chances are things will begin to change a little--perhaps be a little less structured and become a little more freely whatever I feel is motivating come Monday. ;) 
But, without further ado, it's time forrrrr your weekly dose of Motivational Monday!!! 

Law of Attraction Tip: Write daily in your Happy Diary (if you don't have one, now is the time to get one). Writing out happiness, Who You want to be, and jotting down your dreams and aspirations are powerful practices that will help you see gratitude in your life as well as keep the magic flowing into manifestations. Remember to always write Who You Want to Be as well: use the words "I Am" as a powerful tool--I Am Powerful, I Am Free, I Am Happy!           
Allow the Current to Guide You. Pay attention to the current to which you are swimming. Are you going with the current or against the current? When things feel like a constant struggle then it is certainly time to break down some walls and look for a new approach. Change can be scary--in fact, sometimes change can be downright terrifying--but change is as much a part of life as You are, and it's important to embrace changes. Plus, if life feels like a constant uphill struggle, you really don't have much to lose. ;)            
Actively Particpate in Your Own Happiness. I mentioned this in my last blog post, and it is so so important. Don't remain on the sidelines of your life, actively participate and do things to make yourself happy. Do Things that will keep you on track, keep you motivated, and keep you noticing Gratitude.     
30x30 Challenge + 100 Happy Days! Again, I wrote about this in my last blog post, and this is a perfect way for you to do the tip above (you know, that active participation stuff ;)). Have fun with the challenges and embrace them full on!                         
Start a Garden!  It's that time of year again and it's time to start gardening and get them yummy foods growing! It is so neat to see so many young people wanting to garden again--it is something we should all do, even if it's just a little window garden box to grow greens in. It is a gift and a privilege right from mother nature, and it is something that we should all learn to do.    
☺ Recover your Box of Crayons! Meaning, time to get creative! We are all born creative, even if you don't think you are, I assure you that you are in some form or another. Find your bliss, discover your talents, and roll with it. Creativity is a wonderful way to chill out, let your thoughts run freely, and discover something about yourself--and to connect to the "divine."

Law of Attraction Tip: When things feel like they are constantly going wrong, this is an opportunity (and rather blunt slap in the face) that you are off track and it's time to make some changes in your thoughts. Everything around you is created by your thoughts and your outlook. Switch your Outlook, and you can see the positive. Switch your Thoughts and you can Create better things around you.            
Believe in Miracles! No matter what the odds are in life, know that All Things are Possible! I have heard some pretty amazing miracles from people I know, and even more from people all over the world. If ever you doubt, just remember stories like Morris Goodman; he lay in a hospital bed completely paralyzed and was told he would never walk again. Against the odds, Morris believed he could do it and he did; he walked again and he was able to live a normal life. There are stories like this all around you, so never stop believing in miracles!    
Send out Love and Miracles to those who have given up. One of the greatest things you can do for others that are having a hard time is to be their light for them. If they have given up on miracles, on possibilities, then be that energy for them. The Universal Law is a powerful thing, and the power of love is its most powerful key. Pour out love to others, and ask the Universe for miracles for them. Be their creator and be their light in darkness.    
Never Stop Trying! Like can be difficult at times, or a lot of the time, or sometimes it can be downright awful. In the face of all this, never stop trying. A breakthrough is just around the bend! If something doesn't work, try something else; and if that doesn't work, try yet another, and keep trying until you receive your breakthrough. Believe, believe, believe, and never stop loving yourself in the process.      
Empower Yourself! Remember to lift yourself up on a daily basis. Remember to say "I Can!" and remember to stand up in the face of all odds that may be against you. Self-empowerment means accepting responsibility over your life, by taking the reins and steering in the direction you choose. Never stop believing in your own self worth, and have the courage to dream big and be all that you want to be! Remember: you are an all powerful being, you are a Creator, so validate your Self and validate your Dreams.                  
Don't Choose Blame.  It is quite easy for many to take responsibility in the wrong way. Taking responsibility of your life doesn't mean Blaming yourself, or feeling badly for your mistakes. Taking Responsibility simply means accepting that you are human, that you made mistakes (like everyone else), but that you are choosing to be aware, humble, and loving anyways. It means you choose to shape the life ahead of you instead of allowing yourself to feel powerless. So, be aware and don't take the blame route when taking responsibility of your life; in the end, we are all just human beings trying our best, and there's no shame or blame in any of that.       
“It wasn't only wickedness and scheming that made people unhappy, it was confusion and misunderstanding; above all, it was the failure to grasp the simple truth that other people are as real as you.” ~ Ian McEwan, Atonement. This may be one of my favourite quotes, because it is a great reminder that everyone is fighting their own battles, battles you could not even begin to fathom. So, do not judge, do not be mean, do not assume. Be loving, understanding (even if you don't understand), respectful, and keep your heart open.  

(this will never stop inspiring me. Brings me to tears every time!)

Law of Attraction Tip: When things feel like they are constantly going wrong, this is an opportunity (and rather blunt slap in the face) that you are off track and it's time to make some changes in your thoughts. Say something nice to someone everyday. This little tip is from a friend of mine who posted this this morning on Facebook and I had to pass it along, because it's a lovely reminder!… If you think they are amazing, sweet, beautiful, Strong, courageous, talented, gifted, lovely, handsome, fabulous etc., let them know. :)  
Everything is what You Make It!  It still amazes me the difference perspective makes. I can watch one person see everything negatively, and I can see someone else in the exact same circumstance or situation see everything positively. Life is too short to be negative all the time, so do your best to see the good in everything around you. And remember, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all!       
Support One Another! This tip I feel is particularly for women, but I have no doubt that in today's world men struggle with the same feeling of separation. People are constantly putting one another down, finding something awful to say about one another, and it's just all around badness: alienating yourself from others while alienation the people you put down as well. Make a shift towards love and support. Be there for one another! Support and encourage one another! Lift the people around you up!    
Start a Food and Health Diary. Feeling a lack of health is never fun, but there are things you can do to head in the right direction. A food/health diary can help you pinpoint the things you might be allergic or sensitive to. Once you can pinpoint these things you can eliminate them from your diet or, even better, start to look at the bigger picture. Go see a holistic nutritionist, or a really good naturopath, and they'll be able to tell you why certain food groups or health problems pop up into your life--and how to fix them. Remember, a happy body is a happy mind; and a happy mind is a happy body!               
Stop What You're Doing…  stand up, and start spinning in circles. Wherever you are, whatever it is you might be doing, start spinning in circles with your arms outspread and a big silly smile on your face. Why? Because life's too short to take everything and yourself so seriously. Learn to let go and to have fun and be unashamed. ;)

Law of Attraction Tip: Remember that if you want to see improvement in an area of your life, if you want to see change in an area of your life, then it is important to start noticing the things you are grateful for. If you spend all your time complaining and thinking negatively about that area of life then the only thing you are doing is attracting more of the same situation. If you start focussing on gratitude then you are harnessing a different feeling--and by the law of attraction, better circumstances will come to your life.           
Self-Help Time!  This is a new idea I had for myself yesterday and I think it's a good way to go… Dedicate an hour every day to "Self Help". By "Self Help" I mean time to improve yourself, work on issues that you need to work on, read a helpful book, write in your Happy Diary, do The Magic, or do anything else that serves your inner self. Let's face it, we all have problems that need tackling; and if we say we don't then we are not being honest with ourselves.  
Dive Deep!  Continuing with the thought above: don't be afraid to dive deep! Healing takes time, but you'll never get there if you never address the issues at hand. I have witnessed and been a part of what happens when we bury our problems, sweep them under the doormat and pretend they haven't hurt us; it all comes back to the surface sooner or later. Not only will it return to the surface, but (if you're paying attention) you can see the wrecking ball effect it has had over your life for however long the problem has gone unfixed.     
Helping Yourself Means Helping Others! It's funny how we can feel selfish for needing to work on ourselves, but the truth is, that we must respect our personal needs to be of use to others. It is equally important, for that reason, that if you have a partner that they be supportive--because by supporting you, they are actually supporting the relationship; because if you are happy, you will contribute back to the relationship with love as well. Never forget the importance of your Self!   
Let Your Inner Child come out and Play!  It's fun being childish, it's fun having an imagination, and it's especially fun to stop caring what people think about you. Learn to have a little fun. Learn to invite magic into your life. Learn to Expect magic in your life. That inner child within you is a good messenger; it can tell you when something is wrong, and when something is amazing and to take advantage and be fully in the moment. Learn to be a kid, to smile, to laugh, to be innocent again. Learn to have fun, and don't take life so seriously!              
Give Long Hugs! Hug like you mean it! It is amazing, and quite fascinating the power that a hug can have on someone. Feeling human contact, feeling the beat of another person's heart, feeling love and a connection of energy; a hug is one of the most powerful things in the world. So don't just throw away your hugs, hug like you mean it, and hold on a little longer than maybe you should.

I’m not lost, I’m on my way.” ~ Ahunnaya. Remember that everything in life is a journey, and everything in life can be beautiful! Enjoy the ride instead of looking beyond your sight into the future.

Welcome to another edition to Motivational Mondays!!! This week, I wanted to make a list of tips and tricks to turn your mood around instantly--therefor these should be practiced on a daily basis. ;) It's not always easy to remind ourselves that We are in Control of our own moods, our own destinies, our own happiness; so these steps may help you to harness that inner fire and get back on track to a place of inner bliss and awesomeness!  

Be Grateful! Nothing will fill you to the brim with joy then sitting down and listing off things you are grateful for. You can take the worst mood and turn it around just by doing this practice. Writing a list is fantastic, but going this list in your head is also a great option--especially if you're stuck in a commute, doing meditation, or doing some mundane house chores, or really anything at all. Just start listing off things you're grateful for. It may feel forced at first, but the more things you list, the more you'll realize how much you have to be grateful for, and the more you'll feel genuinely grateful. It will swell up in your heart with joy! Give it a try!          
Have a Solo Dance Party!  This isn't a new tip from ReLove, dancing is such an easy joy and release, therefore, it will be repeated here fairly often as a little reminder. Get up and dance. Skip down the street, dance down the aisle of a grocery store, flail your arms while you're in your car (only when you're stopped at a stop sign or something, be safe now ~_^), dance in your living room, while you cook, while you clean, while doing anything! Just crank some tunes (or enjoy the song in your head) and dance your little heart out 'til the good feelings come racing back! 
Magic Steps!  This is a trick I learned from the book "The Magic" (which if you haven't picked up a copy yet… well, go pick up a copy already!!). All you do is say the words "thank you" with every step you make. The goal is to say "thank you" 100 times--which usually takes about ninety seconds. Don't focus on counting, focus on the words--the exact number isn't as important as harnessing that feeling of gratitude. It will uplift your mood and your state of mind, because gratitude is the key to bliss!    
Do Something for You! Take a time out and do something that you truly love. I don't care how little time you have in a day, DO It! Focussing on your joys means you'll become more efficient and you'll open up opportunities because you'll be in a better mind set. So I don't want to hear any excuses, take times--even fifteen minutes--just to do something solely for you!   
Write, write, write…  Diaries can be topsy-turvy pages of disaster, but they can also help to clear your mind. I highly recommend a Happy Diary exactly for these instances. Traditional diaries tend to be filled with our deepest miseries, because it is easier (for some reason) for us to write about our miseries instead of our joys. In truth, keeping a diary of all the things we're grateful for and all the amazing things happening in our day to day lives will serve you exponentially. You light a fire by speaking positively! However, the negatives need to get out, bottling them up is just setting yourself up for an explosive disaster. So! Write your heart out, spill out the awful messes in your head; accept that what you're feeling is Okay; let it go; and then write about your joys, what you want from the situation, what you're already grateful for right now because of the situation, and find an inner strength and humbleness from the feelings. The goal is to feel Better after you're done writing your heart out--so don't stop until you feel better!            
You're Awesome! Give yourself a pep-talk! Seriously, this practice will empower you and remind you of your own potential and might. Tell yourself how awesome you are; tell yourself that you are strong, empowered, confident, kick-ass, loveable, fun, happy, positive, and all the things that you want (aka Choose) to Be! Whenever you start speaking words of self-defeat about yourself, give yourself this pep-talk, and do it for as long as it takes to harness that inner power! Remember to Love Yourself!     
“Expectation is the root of all disappointment.When you expect certain people to act a certain way, you set yourself up for disappointment. When you expect a certain situation to go a certain way, or one particular outcome, then you shut yourself off from what may actually come. Therefore, release expectations. You choose how you react in regards to other people's actions and outcomes to situations. Your Attitude is a far more useful tool than expectation. Learn to adapt, adjust, and have a good attitude! Remember: You are in Control!

Wow! First Motivational Monday post of 2014! I feel as if I have been starting this New Year with so many boosts and ideas of how to stay motivated, and I sincerely hope that you have been jumping on board and doing those things if you, too, found yourself in a bit of a rut at the end of 2013--or if you have since then, or whenever! 

If you haven't been following the "New Year Kick-Start" blog posts, you're getting them again today. Why? Because this is Motivational f#@!in Monday, and, now that we are 20 days into the new year, I can safely say that they have been making a profound difference in my motivation and my life. 
If you have been following them, read them again, or at least read today's post for some extra boosts and extra tips. ;)

So! No more excuses! Get back your fire, feel energized, feel motivated, feel inspired, feel happy again! 

Do "The Magic"! Nothing, I mean NOTHING will push you into a state of utter awesomeness than picking yourself up a copy of "The Magic" and doing 28 Days of Gratitude practices! Every day you are reminded to look for things to be grateful, of using gratitude in new ways you may not have thought of, of really Seeing the beauty in life. This book is Amazing, and it has certainly been keeping Me on track this new year. It can transform a bad day into something wondrous, a bad situation into a more positive light. It truly is a fantastic motivational source to stay on track! And it takes so little time! So go do it!         
Health, Health, Health I want you to Feel Good about your health! I want you to Want to eat healthy foods, to Want to exercise, to Want to feel freakin fantastic and to reach all of those health goals you may have set yourself up with! This post has some awesome resources on how to stay on track, of little health tips that make a big different with very little efforts, and lots of recipe resources! Feel Good again
Jar Full of Happiness I did this practice last year and I am sooooo glad that I did! Every day you look for the things that happened that day that were awesome, that made you smile; you write them down; you add them to your jar. Voila! Takes no time at all and has a profound effect! Reading my notes from 2013 reminded me of how truly amazing my life is, despite the down spiral I had experienced at the end of the year. Life is beautiful, learn to recognize and see that! So Start Your Jar Full of Happiness today!     
Set Intentions! This is one of my favourite practices of all time, and I love to refresh my list on a daily basis. Write down everything you want to accomplish this year, everything you Intend to do this year. Be detailed, be inspired, and dream Big! All you have to do is Set the Intention for all of those magical things to happen. Don't be Attached to them happening, but if they do happen you will feel all the more awesome, and if they don't then chances are, because you've set up excitable good intentions, you will attract and set yourself up for all sorts of amazing things this year. It's great to get clear about what you want from life though, it truly is a powerful practice, because it's good to Know and think about what you want from life so that you can make your dreams come true.   
Make your Vision Board! I have two Vision Boards: one physically in my work room where I see it all the time; and one on Pinterest. Why? The physical one I see more because it's a constant reminder and I like to have it around for inspiration. The Pinterest one, however, I can get way more detailed and keep way more updated. The Pinterest Vision Board allows me to create different categories so I can collect images and get really detailed with my desires. Plus, if you see something that you want online, it's really easy to just pin it to your Vision Board. And then, watch the magic happen!         
365 Grateful Project! I highly recommend you start your own little #365Grateful Project. What it is, is basically taking a polaroid every single day this year of something you were grateful for that day. It makes you look around you for the things you may be overlooking your thanks with. You see nature more vividly, you recognize the things that make you smile and happy, you Look for things that make you happy. You don't have to share your photos with the world, but if you do want to then you can share them on instagram and share in the project with the hashtag #365grateful. Really, though, this practice is for You. It makes you take a moment for yourself, to capture a moment, to get creative, to open up another side of yourself. If you wanted, you could easily change the project if photography isn't your thing; instead, write a poem, draw a picture, write down the things you're grateful for instead. It Is a fun project, and it's just one more way to enrich your life with gratitude and to switch your mind onto a positive vibration.    
“There are infinite reasons why we make excuses not to do what’s important to us, and the more important something is to us, the more likely we’ll resist it.This has become such an important topic (to me, and I hope for you) this new year, because we truly do make up one excuse after another not to do something, even --and perhaps even more so-- when it is important to us. I want you read this article because it is super well written and there were so many phrases that really jumped out at me that I think will jump out at you too. ;) And, because I really want you to chase your dreams, your passions, and to light that fire inside of yourself!

Law of Attraction tip: Remember whatever you think about most is what you are attracting into your life. This means, if you are focussing too much on the problems in your life then you will be attracting more of that to you. Always focus on what you DO want, not on what you Don't want!       
Watch the Snow Fall…  because there is something so calming and simple about it… and you know, you should be enjoying what's in front of you. ;) 
Find the Motivation to Have Fun!  Maybe it's just and some of the friends I've been around lately, and maybe it has something to do with winter, but motivation  has been in short supply as of late. It's hard to feel motivated to do anything other than stay warm and cozy inside with a book or drawing pad (or maybe it's just the introvert in me as well). But fun is fun is fun, so find the motivation to get out of the house, see some friends, and do something exciting and out of the ordinary. Which brings me to my next point…    
Get Pumped!!! If motivation Is in short supply, or even if it isn't, learn to Get Pumped! About life, about mundane activities, about absolutely anything! Life doesn't have to be boring (even when doing simple chores). Life is and should be exciting and thrilling, and the only thing that's stopping it from being so is your lack of energy to make it so. The funny thing is that it's Easy to get pumped, to get yourself excited and motivated. All you have to do is Feel it! My favourite way of doing this is to blast terrible music and dance around--it's hard not to feel better after doing this. ;)     
Remember you are not the only one Searching. This concept was a real wake up for me and it profoundly reminded me of this valuable fact… As much as You are Searching for someone, or something (whether it be your life partner, your best friend, the perfect job, etc.), They are also searching for You! So stay positive and optimistic, they (or it) are on their way!        
Reflect what You Want. People outside of you aren't going to see your flaws unless you are dwelling on them and projecting them out into the world. Likewise, if you are projecting the wonderful side of yourself (which Everyone has inside of them) then that is what others will see. Perception is everything, and everyone will perceive you differently, but if you are projecting positivity and awesomeness then the only people that will miss it are the ones that can only see the negativity within their own selves. So be lovely and positive and the world will shine around you and you will attract more positivity and like-minded people.

Law of Attraction tip: Meet the Universe half-way. The Law of Attraction means asking the Universe for what you'd like and not worrying about the "How". Never worry about the How. However, it is important to pay attention to any signals that come your way, the ones we call "inspired action". You should never Force something to happen, because this goes against the Universe, but listening to that inner voice and taking action when it feels appropriate and effortless and fun is important as well. This is how we meet the Universe half way and make dreams come true. So pay attention to your inner voice and remember if its not fun, you're on the wrong track.      
Check up on Your Health. Being vegan, you hear a lot about making sure your iron and B12 levels are good. But it's not just vegans that need to be safe, and this is a common misunderstanding. Most people are deficient in something, and especially if you're not eating with your health in mind. So, getting certain minerals and vitamins checked up on can be beneficial, especially your B vitamins and D in the winter. I'd like to think we can get all that we need from food, but our agricultural system has depleted much of what we used to get naturally, and especially if your life is filled with a lot of stress which doesn't allow your body to function properly. See a Naturopath, or pay attention to your energy and how your stomach feels. A happy body is a happy life! 
Do Good and Pay it Forward!  Know someone who has been having a hard time lately? Make their day by sending them a little gift or a little note about how much you appreciate and care about them. These are small actions with big results, and everyone could use a little pick me up every once in a while--or all the time. See if they can pass on the favour of giving and pass on that joy to someone else afterwards as well. Let's spread joy and smiles like wildflowers! :)    
Don't Speak Badly of Others. I'm quite sure I mentioned this point a little while back, but, I see what a bad habit it is all around me so it's always a good reminder. Don't speak badly of others behind their backs, or to their faces. While you may not think they can hear you, they Can FEEL your hurtful words. You know how the old saying goes: if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.    
Ease into Your Day! It is absolutely worth it to wake up an extra half hour early so that you have time to ease into your day. By easy into your day I mean to wake up slowly, get out of bed, stretch and take a few centering breaths. And, if you have time, do some yoga! Jumping into your day in a frazzle is Not a good way to start your morning, and therefor the rest of your day. It's like starting off in a high-strung state and that will most definitely carry over into your day and make it harder to come out of. Start calm to stay calm and happy.       
Be Your Lovely Insane Self. Always always be unabashedly your lovely quirky unique self, and remember that whatever that Self might be is different from person to person. You are the only You, so enjoy being You, enjoy your individuality, because truly truly that is an amazing wonderful awe-inspiring thing. Don't try to be someone else, because you are perfectly You and you are lovely.

You often hear things get worse before they get better, and while this isn't always the case, with big changes in life can equal high stress and a whirlwind before that storm settles. But keep the goal in mind, and know that it Will settle, so no stressing. Remember to go with the flow and keep your mind on what you want. Let the Universe know what you want and it will surely deliver. Also know that whenever life is that much more rocky then the reward thereafter is going to be That much more rewarding!
