☺ Motivational Mondays! ☺



We're taking back Mondays!!!
"Motivational Mondays" are fabulous tips to get you excited and pumped for the week! 
Feeling low? Moody? Down on life? Well, that's what these posts are for! Time to feel awesome again and get some Positivity rolling! Just because it's Monday doesn't mean you can't have fun, smile, and enjoy Today! Apply these tips to your week and try to tell me that you don't start to see an improvement in your life! ;)
It's all about You! Change your perception, change your attitude, love your life! xo



Do a Self Cleanse! It's that time of year when the days are shorter, the weather is colder, and most of what we want to do is stay inside and seclude ourselves. Remember that social activity stimulates us and is needed for happiness so try not to completely withdraw into hibernation. ;) However, this is also a great time to do what I call a "Self Cleanse," meaning take all that time you want to spend all warm and cozy inside to work on your Self, your Happiness, your State of Mind. It is a great opportunity to truly work on yourself and is truly needed at this time of year. Just because it's winter and cold doesn't mean you should get all sad and withdraw. Instead of sulking and getting in a negative mindset, work on positivity. (I'll be posting more about this later this week ;)).
Enjoy the little things! Life isn't about getting exactly what you want all the time, it's about making the most of what you have. Part of this is learning to appreciate all the little things around you. The more you appreciate, the more you will fall in love with all the beauty life has to offer. So appreciate and Notice the small things and realize that all these small things make up a much bigger brighter picture. :) 
Treat Yourself with Love and Respect… and you'll attract other people who will treat you with love and respect. 
Stop Caring what Others Think… And just Act the way you want and Be the person you want to be. It doesn't matter what others think of you, it only matters what you think. Be yourself and you'll attract like-minded people. Stop conforming to others and you'll start living the life you're meant to.
Get out of the Boat! Stop resisting the current by paddling your boat in every which direction but the right one. You may feel as if you are getting somewhere but if you just get out of the boat and allow life's current to take you with it then you'll get to where you are Supposed to go, instead of where you Think you are supposed to. Resisting life makes it a struggle, when we go with the flow things tend to get done quicker and smoother and life is more enjoyable. So get out of the boat!  
Get up and Try Again! It doesn't matter how many times you fall, there is always a choice to climb back up. All of those people who succeeded, in whatever aspect in life it may be, got there by climbing back up again. So never give up and keep trying! 
"The mind that is anxious about future events is miserable." ~ Seneca. We spend entirely too much time worrying about the future, imagining all the things that could go wrong instead of using our imagination to keep a positive outlook in sight. Always focus on the positive when your mind wanders to the future, but your main goal is to stay grounded in the present moment, to enjoy the present moment, for stress and worry cannot be in the present when you are truly enjoying where you are and making the most of it.


Now go ahead and have the best damn week ever! And remember that just because it's Monday doesn't mean you have to by mopey, make the most of every single day and moment!
