☺ The Magic ☺

. . . . . . . . . .

{New Year Inspirational Kick-Off!}
Kicking off this new year only feels right to be boasting with enthusiasm and inspirational to get things running all the more smoothly, so, I welcome you to the New Year Inspirational Kick-Off! The next several days will be dedicated to sharing fun projects and resources you can use to keep your own life bustling with gratitude and awesomeness.
New Year Positive Power! Huzzah!

. . . . . . . . . .

I can't think of a better way to start the New Year off than by doing 28 days of Gratitude practices. Yes, I'm talking about the book "The Magic" by Rhonda Byrne. This book is transformational! You can literally take a shitty, unmotivated life and bring it back to vibrancy and hope by following the practices of this book. I have done this book twice before, and am on Day 3 of it again now.

So, what is The Magic? Why should you do it?

The Magic uses the most important principle of the Law of Attraction, GRATITUDE, and teaches you how to use it to make your life awesome. Essentially. The book has 28 days of Gratitude Practices (a new one for each day for the next 28 days) for you to follow to make your life magical again. Following the practices every day, without skipping a day, promises to change your life. Gratitude will make all of your dreams come true, it will set the Law of Attraction into motion, and it will teach you how to live your life full of thanks and appreciation to the people and things around you--and therefore, full of happiness, bliss, and wonderfulness.
Gratitude is, quite possibly, the greatest tool in your possession to turn any situation, any life, any moment in time, to something better. It will make you see the beauty in your life that you've been missing due to a bad attitude; it will make you appreciate everything again and realize just how much you already have in your life to be grateful for. Gratitude can repair broken relationships. Gratitude can change your perspective and experience at work, at home, any place or any circumstance. Gratitude is the key to attract more great things into your life. If there is one thing your life requires to flourish, it is Gratitude.
The Magic teaches you 28 ways to practice Gratitude, to use it every day, and to make your life amazing again. It is an instant mood-lifter. If you haven't done the Magic before, I highly recommend you pick yourself up a copy and start this now. There is no better way to stay motivated, to keep your mood high, or to lighten your heart with blissfulness than Gratitude and the practices in this book.

{life reflections}

. . . . . . . . . .
{life reflections}
Weekly thoughts and rambles. A glimpse into my mind and world.
These are entries that I might jot down in my Happy Diary; what happens when we put our fingers to the keyboard and allow our thoughts to flow uninhibited. Reflections from the soul.
Reflections of life.

I hope to leave you inspired.
If you want to share your own reflections of the week please leave a link to your "life reflections" entry in the comments for all to find and see.
. . . . . . . . . .

Wow! What a crazy last several weeks! I feel that my blogging has been severely lacking--and so has my introverted personal time that I so desperately require to recharge, which I have been able to gain this past week with a much deserved couple of days off. The lows and highs of my life are extreme at this time, but I am glad to at least be experiencing both, as the highs make the lows so much more bearable and passable. The truth is, I feel incredibly blessed for my life at the moment, despite the whirlwind around me. Sales have been fantastic, which has been quite a turn from last year's holiday season. It seems at least this area of my life I am feeling the abundance of the Law of Attraction and the welcoming of money once more into my life. Other areas… not so much. But that's okay. Ups and downs are a part of life, and I know that it's just a matter of time before I reach better places in those areas as well, learning and growing from the lessons and moving forward.

My husband is becoming a nutritionist and with all the schooling and homework he's been doing, he's also been feeding me some incredible information. I already considered the both of us extremely healthy, but it's such a vast topic and it seems there is always Something you could be doing better for your health. That being said, I have also learned the importance of balance. Stressing about your health and what you're eating will eliminate all the good you do your body with a healthy diet and exercise. Because stress… well, stress is the devil. Truly truly. This aside, I have been on new supplements, checking up on my health, taking HCL and enzymes and doing a few various helpful cleanses to improve the drop in health I was struggling with the last couple months (thanks to stress from my past which caused food intolerances, hormone imbalance, low stomach acid, and so forth). With cleansing has come those extreme lows and highs with body and mind, but the end result will be fantastic!

It might not be so bad, but life has a funny way of pouring when it decides to rain, and I know most of you will know the feeling. This end of year has been a very bumpy road, on an emotional and physical level, and it is why there has been a definite lack of new content on the blog due to the need to seek focus and find balance in those aspects of my life. Truth be told, it still amazes me the sorts of spirals life can dish out all at once. I had a health scare when I received an abnormal pap test back with possible low squamous cells--I had to book a special appointment with a specialist an hour away to find out for sure. I just received the news two days ago that everything is clear, whatever they had thought might be there isn't. What a relief! But, again, a bumpy ride: it was a reminder of the IUD experience I had two years ago, which, as it turns out, was actually quite a traumatic event for me which, this new year, I will be seeking out some resources to get past. Too personal? I feel like I share a lot of myself on here, and so, I like to share experiences as well. The whole experience was actually another reminder to myself to get my hormones back in balance and to really focus on my relationships and body that need healing due to that feminine energy. Women's health is a topic that I feel is so important, being a woman in a vastly uneducated society when it comes to women's health, and so this new year I intend to spread more information on these topics, because it is so important and I really wish more women knew about their bodies and the beauty that comes from within.
That being said, the emotional roller coaster is forever moving. At first, I wondered if I was the only one going bonkers, but then I noticed more and more people around me going through extreme highs and lows. Of course, the obvious answer to me is the holiday season. If you have a dysfunctional family then attention tends to be drawn to it at this time of year--especially if your parents are divorced and your family is split. But I feel perhaps it's more than that, a cleansing, perhaps, before the new year; drawing out unresolved issues to move forwards into more evolved and whole, loving beings. At least, that's what I'm seeking to gain from it all.

What an end of year! I can't say it enough, my mind is still in tangles of this web. Christmas day was… a fail in my books. I feel like there is so much pressure on this one day of the year. For me, it's often a reminder of the dysfunctionality and brokenness of my family. I don't expect a perfect family anymore, it's been a very long time since I have expected this, but somehow, still, when the holiday season comes around it's a sharp reminder which, this year, was a bit more of a struggle. Maybe with too much other issues piling up (ones more personal I choose to omit instead of sharing all the private and inner workings of my life and relationships) it just became a bit much and I honestly just wanted the holidays to be over with. To top it all off, I spent three hours at the hospital last night after my husband got into a skateboarding accident. See? When it rains it pours. All things considered, he had the best possible outcome, but will be needing lots of love and care for a recovery that looks like it will be speedy--thank goodness!

Okay, so having said all that, I'm not sharing any of this from some tragic stand point, merely from an observing point. The truth is, despite the ups and downs, generally, overall, I feel quite spectacular. And I intend to feed the good vibes with more good vibes. Gratitude is so important and it has been my largest focus through it all--that and focussing on the positive, always and foremost. I look to this New Year with so much hope and joy. A fresh start! That's always what a new year feels like, but unless you set your foot down and make it happen then nothing will change. I will be making changes where they are needed: focussing on health, seeking out resolution in unresolved past issues and relationships, and making more awesomeness happen. Truly, I feel like 2014 is going to be an amazing year for everyone. A year of enlightenment, love, joy, health, wealth, and abundance in all areas of life. Our New Year even starts on a New Moon, which is a period to clean the slate, set intentions, and start anew. It's been 19 years since the last New Moon on a New Year!
Hope. Hope is alive in all of us. Hope is the fire that burns through our souls and allows us to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It makes me sad when people can lose that fire, and lose sight of that light that is almost within their reach. If nothing else, I just want to remind you all, that everything is going to be Okay, and the light is always there for you. Keep hope alive. Because goodness is there waiting for you, I promise!

Here's to the happiest of New Years and a wonderful new chapter for each our beautiful, amazing lives!

So Much Love from my heart and soul to yours!

☺ Motivational Mondays! ☺

. . . . . . . . . .

We're taking back Mondays!!!
"Motivational Mondays" are fabulous tips to get you excited and pumped for the week!
Feeling low? Moody? Down on life? Well, that's what these posts are for! Time to feel awesome again and get some Positivity rolling! Just because it's Monday doesn't mean you can't have fun, smile, and enjoy Today! Apply these tips to your week and try to tell me that you don't start to see an improvement in your life! ;)
It's all about You! Change your perception, change your attitude, love your life! xo

. . . . . . . . . .

Law of Attraction tip: Remember whatever you think about most is what you are attracting into your life. This means, if you are focussing too much on the problems in your life then you will be attracting more of that to you. Always focus on what you DO want, not on what you Don't want!
Watch the Snow Fall…  because there is something so calming and simple about it… and you know, you should be enjoying what's in front of you. ;)
Find the Motivation to Have Fun!  Maybe it's just and some of the friends I've been around lately, and maybe it has something to do with winter, but motivation  has been in short supply as of late. It's hard to feel motivated to do anything other than stay warm and cozy inside with a book or drawing pad (or maybe it's just the introvert in me as well). But fun is fun is fun, so find the motivation to get out of the house, see some friends, and do something exciting and out of the ordinary. Which brings me to my next point…
Get Pumped!!! If motivation Is in short supply, or even if it isn't, learn to Get Pumped! About life, about mundane activities, about absolutely anything! Life doesn't have to be boring (even when doing simple chores). Life is and should be exciting and thrilling, and the only thing that's stopping it from being so is your lack of energy to make it so. The funny thing is that it's Easy to get pumped, to get yourself excited and motivated. All you have to do is Feel it! My favourite way of doing this is to blast terrible music and dance around--it's hard not to feel better after doing this. ;)
Remember you are not the only one Searching. This concept was a real wake up for me and it profoundly reminded me of this valuable fact… As much as You are Searching for someone, or something (whether it be your life partner, your best friend, the perfect job, etc.), They are also searching for You! So stay positive and optimistic, they (or it) are on their way!
Reflect what You Want. People outside of you aren't going to see your flaws unless you are dwelling on them and projecting them out into the world. Likewise, if you are projecting the wonderful side of yourself (which Everyone has inside of them) then that is what others will see. Perception is everything, and everyone will perceive you differently, but if you are projecting positivity and awesomeness then the only people that will miss it are the ones that can only see the negativity within their own selves. So be lovely and positive and the world will shine around you and you will attract more positivity and like-minded people.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” - Nelson Mandela

Create a great day!
Much love from me to you!

Change your perception, change your attitude, love your life! xo

. . . . . . . . . .

Law of Attraction tip: Meet the Universe half-way. The Law of Attraction means asking the Universe for what you'd like and not worrying about the "How". Never worry about the How. However, it is important to pay attention to any signals that come your way, the ones we call "inspired action". You should never Force something to happen, because this goes against the Universe, but listening to that inner voice and taking action when it feels appropriate and effortless and fun is important as well. This is how we meet the Universe half way and make dreams come true. So pay attention to your inner voice and remember if its not fun, you're on the wrong track.
Check up on Your Health. Being vegan, you hear a lot about making sure your iron and B12 levels are good. But it's not just vegans that need to be safe, and this is a common misunderstanding. Most people are deficient in something, and especially if you're not eating with your health in mind. So, getting certain minerals and vitamins checked up on can be beneficial, especially your B vitamins and D in the winter. I'd like to think we can get all that we need from food, but our agricultural system has depleted much of what we used to get naturally, and especially if your life is filled with a lot of stress which doesn't allow your body to function properly. See a Naturopath, or pay attention to your energy and how your stomach feels. A happy body is a happy life!
Do Good and Pay it Forward!  Know someone who has been having a hard time lately? Make their day by sending them a little gift or a little note about how much you appreciate and care about them. These are small actions with big results, and everyone could use a little pick me up every once in a while--or all the time. See if they can pass on the favour of giving and pass on that joy to someone else afterwards as well. Let's spread joy and smiles like wildflowers! :)
Don't Speak Badly of Others. I'm quite sure I mentioned this point a little while back, but, I see what a bad habit it is all around me so it's always a good reminder. Don't speak badly of others behind their backs, or to their faces. While you may not think they can hear you, they Can FEEL your hurtful words. You know how the old saying goes: if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
Ease into Your Day! It is absolutely worth it to wake up an extra half hour early so that you have time to ease into your day. By easy into your day I mean to wake up slowly, get out of bed, stretch and take a few centering breaths. And, if you have time, do some yoga! Jumping into your day in a frazzle is Not a good way to start your morning, and therefor the rest of your day. It's like starting off in a high-strung state and that will most definitely carry over into your day and make it harder to come out of. Start calm to stay calm and happy.
Be Your Lovely Insane Self. Always always be unabashedly your lovely quirky unique self, and remember that whatever that Self might be is different from person to person. You are the only You, so enjoy being You, enjoy your individuality, because truly truly that is an amazing wonderful awe-inspiring thing. Don't try to be someone else, because you are perfectly You and you are lovely.
"All Great Changes are Preceded by Chaos." ~Deepak Chopra. You often hear things get worse before they get better, and while this isn't always the case, with big changes in life can equal high stress and a whirlwind before that storm settles. But keep the goal in mind, and know that it Will settle, so no stressing. Remember to go with the flow and keep your mind on what you want. Let the Universe know what you want and it will surely deliver. Also know that whenever life is that much more rocky then the reward thereafter is going to be That much more rewarding!

Create a great day! And spread those smiles!
Much love from me to you!

. . . . . . . . . .

Happy Monday! This Motivational Monday I've decided to do something a little different. The theme of "Dreams" has come up a lot lately in my life and, so, I felt the will to make this post something different and special.

Believe in Magic!
Magic is all around us, it's in the Law of Attraction, it's in the magnetic waves of our thoughts, all thoughts, and all things. Believe that your dreams can come true, have faith, because magic is all around you, it's just a matter of believing.

Your Imagination should be used not to Escape Reality, but to Create it.
You have in your head the most beautiful and wondrous ability to Think anything you want into reality. Life is what you make it and therefor you can use your beautiful brain to imagine the life of your dreams. As soon as you can use your imagination for that good you will begin to Create your perfect life automatically.

Do Epic Shit!
Be the superhero of your own life, be wondrous and awesome and do amazing awesome things! Reach for the stars and allow your dreams to guide you on your awesome journey!

☺ "You don't always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to Breathe, Trust, Let go and see what happens." ~ Mandy Hale.
Have faith in the Universe and that your dreams will come true. If you are focussing on the good, and if you are being as happy and positive as you can, those dreams are sure to come into reality. So learn to relax into life and let magic do its work.

Life's too short to Settle.
You have the upmost freedom to an amazing life, the only limitations and restrictions are the ones that you place on your self (and no making up excuses). The world is what you make it, and I truly believe that if you're not happy with something then you must change it. Don't dwell, don't wait. If something's not right, if something doesn't make you happy then change it! If you're with the wrong partner, then stop being with them instead of trying to mould them into what you think they should be. If you don't like your job, change it and pursue your dreams. Whatever it is that needs changing, stop settling for mediocre, because you can and deserve all that you want; you deserve the life of your dreams!

"Everything that is, or ever was.... begins with a dream."
So dream big! All of your dreams can come true, absolutely all of them! All the wondrous things in the world began with a simple thought. Anything is possible. Always hold your dreams in your heart and you will find the way to bliss and happiness and love.

Create a great day! And Dream Big!
Much love from me to you!

{life reflections}

. . . . . . . . . .
{life reflections}

If you want to share your own reflections of the week please leave a link to your "life reflections" entry in the comments for all to find and see.
. . . . . . . . . .

Life is a whirlwind in every sense of the word, and it's up to you whether or not you choose to enjoy the ride. If there's one thing I've learned it's that there will always be trials and ups and downs, but these are presented to us to teach us something about ourselves, about life, about others. It's a fantastic gift these lessons, and we need to start seeing them as such. Wouldn't it be amazing if we were able to see the good in every situation? We'd learn so much faster, see things so much clearer, and enjoy life so much more deeply. Of course, it's never as easy as that. Some situations we find ourselves in are immensely easy, others really try our patience and our sense of self. But, no matter how down we may find ourselves, things always brighten up once we figure out how to climb over that next bump. There's so much inspiration around us if we choose to welcome it into our lives, things that can help us stay on track and to remind us that life is truly a journey worth having and living to the fullest--and that one bad experience doesn't mean the story is over, nay, you have many many more pages to fill of a rich and wonderful life. So get out there, find your bliss, live as much as possible (I mean, really find things that you enjoy and do those things), and stay as positive as you can. Take care of yourself, nurture yourself, love yourself; it is the single hardest and single most important thing you'll ever learn to do.
My entry today comes from my own trials and errors, ones that repeat, ones that go away and I think are gone and then sneak back into my life. But, despite the downs that transpire, I see my life heading in a beautiful wondrous and exciting direction that I had not possibly imagined (but had been trying to manifest). I've been reflecting on my Vision Board(s) these past two weeks and it's amazing to see what is currently happening in my life, and what I have already accomplished and manifested that I set myself out to do. I am so very grateful for it all. And I am very excited to be entering a new chapter of my life. My birthday is this wednesday, celebrating another year of my life in this world. Yet, age itself has just become a senseless number with no meaning. I feel better and younger than I have every felt. I would not trade it to be younger again. I feel young, but mature, I feel like I've really gotten to know myself over the past couple of years, really learned to embrace all sides of myself, and really learned to speak up and decide for myself what I want my life to be. Really, you can have anything you want in life, you truly truly can. The Law of Attraction is amazing and it's such a magical journey to watch it transform your life and the lives of others. So dream big, reach for the stars, and remember that Nothing is impossible unless you say it is.
I found this list of "Rules For Being Human", which inspired my post today, and that I wanted to pass on to all of you. So enjoy! And, as always, don't forget to create a fantastic day and a fantastic life!
Much Love!

Change your perception, change your attitude, love your life! xo

. . . . . . . . . .

Law of Attraction tip: Watch how you feel and what is going on in your life to judge what sort of vibration you are on. Sometimes it may surprise us when we haven't been feeling so great but then something magically coincidental or wonderful happens that makes you take a step back--these moments let us know that we actually Are heading in the right direction. Likewise, when you find your day in one of those spirals of endless things going wrong, that's when it's time to take a step back and focus on switching your mood--because that's a sure way of letting you know that you are on a negative vibration.
Write down goals that will help you achieve a satisfying life. I love brainstorming, it's fun and it's so absolutely motivating. Every so often it's great to just grab a piece of paper and start jotting down ideas and plans you intend for the future. You create a life you love by taking time to envision what you want and by seeing where you might be creating blocks in your life that are stopping you from achieving that goal. The goal isn't to figure out the How of your dreams, but to become clear about what it IS that you actually want. The more clear you can become, the better chances you will draw to you what you want. Plus, when priorities and lifelong ambitions are clear, it’s easier to live without regret and commit to following your dreams.
Make Someone Smile!  This is a repeated tip here at ReLove Plan.et, because it's a win-win goal for your day. Making someone else smile will make you feel better as well (win-win), and chances are by making that one person smile, you have ignited the catalyst for them to pass on the good feeling, and the chain reaction continues! Booyah!
Read More Books. Because books are amazing! You get to choose what sort of thing you want to read and there are sooooo many books out there! Go on an adventure and pick up a new book this week. If you're already reading lots, well then, carry on! ;)
Start Your Day with a Positive Thought! I feel as if I can't emphasize this point enough. You set the tone for your day. Every single morning that you wake up. So, even if you wake up feeling not so great, you can change that! Pull on some inspiration and plant positivity into your day first thing in the morning; and then watch it spill out all over your day with awesomeness!
Create Your Vision Board! Remember Vision Boards? They are aaaaamaaaaazing! If you've found yourself slacking in that aspect lately, time to dig out your Vision Board again and get creative. Plaster it with the things that you want, your dreams, your goals, and things that make you happy. This is your source for inspiration, your future life--and even your present life. Vision Boards are great for, well, visualizing your dreams, so keep it up to date and feel free to change it daily if that's how your heart feels.
“Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy." ~ Norman Vincent Peale

Create a good super duper fantastic day! And don't forget to smiiiiiile! ^_^
Much love from me to you!

Change your perception, change your attitude, love your life! xo

. . . . . . . . . .

Law of Attraction tip: Remember to be grateful for what you already have. Gratitude is the key to manifesting good things into your life, meaning you have to appreciate what you currently have in order to manifest even greater things. Even if what you have right now you might not like… say you don't really like your home and want something better, be grateful for a roof over your head and make a list of all the things that Are good about where you are now. This way you are grateful and will attract more things to be grateful for. Gratitude is always key!
Employ Positive Talking! I know it's sometimes hard not to vent, especially when you have a bad day, but become conscious about how much you are complaining vs how much you are talking about positive things. If you are doing more complaining than positive talk then it's time for a change. After all, the best way for things in your life to get better is to talk about the good anyway. If you need to vent, just try to keep it at a minimal, speak your mind, let it go, and move onto a more positive insight. Don't end any conversation on a negative note.
Step out of Your Comfort Zone!  I love to throw this one at you all every so often because it is one of the best ways to grow and evolve as a person. Your comfort zone is your region of safety that actually limits you. Step out of it. Even if you're kicking and screaming and resistant, just do it! Life begins at the end of your comfort zone! So go out and live!
Stop Feeling Lonely. And Stop being negative towards your life. Stop living in envy of another person's life. The truth is, no one's life is entirely perfect, but the goal is to make the most of it and enjoy every second of it, regardless of what's around you. Every so often I need this reminder, especially because I've had a history of flaky friends, or friends that have come in and out of my life for different circumstances; and it winds up with me being envious of those people with a ton of friends--especially during social times of the year like Halloween. The truth is, and I still stand by this because I've seen it over and over again, is that it's better to have a few valuable True friends, than a ton of people you can't even turn to when you need them. The people that I know and see that have a million friends in their clicky little groups, are all the loneliest people I've ever met. So be grateful for any friends you do have and be grateful and comfortable with time spent alone. Learning to be comfortable alone will free you up to never actually feel alone.
Do Something Childish! Kids know where it's at, they are unashamed, silly, and just out to have fun. Take a page from their book and be free to be silly and ridiculous and not care what people think.
Remember the Chart of Happiness! I made this little chart in one of my recent Inspirational articles and I think it's a really important one to remember: that during those downs in your progression towards happiness, you're still actually climbing upward. We take two steps forward and one step back, and three steps forward and maybe five steps back, either way, you Are still moving forwards, so try to remember that. (And read the full article if you need some extra inspiration)

Change your perception, change your attitude, love your life! xo

. . . . . . . . . .

Law of Attraction tip: Accept opportunities that come your way. Turning them down is like saying no to the Law of Attraction and something you might have been manifesting lately. Obviously, not all opportunities that come your way, but if something resonates you but you're just second guessing yourself, questioning, and/or being doubtful, then stop! Don't turn away your manifestations, or else you'll stop the flow of good things coming your way.
Employ Magical Thinking! I saw this on a friend's Facebook wall, reposted from the "Modern Witches' Guide to Life," so this tip is thanks to them! ;) … Your beliefs will shape your Reality. Choose your Beliefs wisely. If you Employ Magical Thinking, your life will be Magical.
Take a B-Complex Vitamin.  My husband is currently taking his schooling in holistic nutrition, which means I get to to hear all about it through each chapter, which is really neat! One interesting topic (which I have always been interested in, being vegan) is the B vitamins. Turns out most people are deficient in at least one of them, and turns out it's a realllyyyyy important vitamin complex for your mental and digestive health. Important as in having a constant deficiency can cause irreversible mental damage. But, also, everyone is always focussed on B12 and B6, when, in reality, you need to be taking a complex that includes All of the B vitamins. I want to talk more about this in a separate post, but for now, start taking a healthy B Complex vitamin (I recommend Renew Life's Raw one.
Go out of your way to do Good! Someone my husband was friends with in high school recently passed, and I was touched by her father's response to everyone asking him how they could help: "Please look for opportunities today to do something simple. In your dealings with others, be prepared to expect a little less, and give a little more. Listen a little more closely, and a little longer, to those around you. If you don't normally throw coins to people who are homeless or begging on the street, maybe today is the time to make an exception. If you see someone who looks stressed out in traffic or in the checkout at the grocery store, let them go first, even if you have the right of way. Let someone know that you appreciate them. The possibilities are endless. Above all, hug someone today, especially your kids."
Learn to Respect Individuality! More and more little images and lists keep popping up shedding light on introverts, and I think it's great. It also reminded me of how narrow minded we all can be, how we just expect everyone to fit into our little bubble of what, to us, is "normal" and anyone outside of that box isn't. This is a problem because we end up misunderstanding people who are different than ourselves, and we don't even try to accept that they are different. Accept people as they are and be more understanding. When in doubt, always come from a place of love.
Love Yourself!! And stop picking yourself apart. I can't emphasize enough at how much your dislike towards your physical and internal appearance is in your head. If you love yourself, if you see good in yourself then that resonates out into the world and people will see it. So do that! All that self-loathing and being self-critical can be so easily exaggerated by your own anxiety and mind. So spend more time on loving yourself! Every single day if you have a huge problem with this area of your life.
"I think it's very healthy to spend time alone. You need to know how to be alone and not defined by another person." ~ Oscar Wilde.

Create a good day! ^_^

♥ "The Secret" & "The Magic" by Rhonda Byrne ♥

I talk about the Law of Attraction all the time. Yet somehow I have not written up a review about the amazing book that taught me all about this Universal Law and began my deeper manifestation journey. Well, today I am going to briefly talk about two books; "The Secret" and "The Magic" both written by Rhonda Byrne.

"The Secret" I highly recommend if you are unfamiliar with the Law of Attraction. It is a beautifully written and informative book that goes through all the things we do, don't do, and accidentally do that manifest things into our lives. It gives you the knowledge and information you need to properly and efficiently use the Law of Attraction to your advantage--because whether you believe it or not, you are manifesting the things present in your life, even when you're not meaning to.
"The Secret" is also available as a movie with mostly the same information. However, I highly highly recommend reading the book as well if you are going to watch the movie. I just feel that you absorb a lot more with the book and it goes a little more in-depth. So pick up this book and make your life all that you want it to be with the power of the Law of Attraction!

Next, you should read "The Magic." What this book is is 28 days of "Magical practices" that help you to use the power of gratitude to manifest everything you want in your life. Gratitude is the greatest key in using the Law of Attraction, and let me tell you, this book will teach you all about gratitude and make you realize just how much we take for granted. The practices will have you saying "thank you" for everything and bring a happiness about that you cannot imagine. Saying "thank you" is one of the easiest and fastest ways to bring happiness into your life because it will make you realize just how much you have instead of complaining about the things you don't have that simply aren't worth your time. This book will make you grateful for everything, no matter what state your life is in, and help you to bring more things to be grateful for. I'm raving about "The Magic" because it works! Yes, I'm a positive person, but even so, I didn't realize how much gratitude I was missing out on giving and just how powerful gratitude is. This book will change your entire outlook on life, in a beautiful, magical way. ;)

I say it time and time again, if you want your life to be beautiful and happy then you have to take the right steps towards that happiness. Don't repeat the same routine and wonder why nothing is changing. Change the way you look, think, and experience life. I certainly wonder if my life could have become better faster if I'd known about the Law of Attraction sooner, but hey, things happen at the right time for a reason. Now is your time to learn about the Universal Law that governs us whether we like it (you should!) or not. So get reading, get happy, and change your life! :)
If you feel like it I've also got podcasts talking about both these books and I've also written up other articles regarding the Law of Attraction and Gratitude.

☺ The Power of Gratitude! ☺

Gratitude will change your life. No joke. It will change your attitude about everything, bring you more things to be grateful for, heal your body, mend your soul, fix broken relationships, and bring you all that you could ever ask for in life. No joke.
It's sad that it is so easy to complain about life and we do it without a second thought. We complain when our health is bad. We complain about our relationships, talk behind people's back and badmouth people. We complain that we're tired. We complain when we're not feeling well. We complain, complain, complain. All that negativity (because that's what it is) makes our lives fall apart. Not only is all our attention drenched on the negative, but it is also drawing more and more things into our lives to complain about. Simple Law of Attraction at work; like attracts like, complaining attracts more things to complain about. The good news is that the power of gratitude can change all of that around. Gratitude is perhaps one of the simplest and fastest ways that you can start loving your life and see the biggest changes in all aspects of your life. Simply by giving thanks. It's just as easy to give thanks as it is to complain so turn your bad habits around into gratitude instead of complaining.
Don't think you have anything to be grateful for? Let's start with that you are alive. You can open your eyes, feel your body, your organs are working. Maybe you're blessed with the ability to walk. Maybe you're blessed with the invention of a wheelchair or cane to help you walk if you can't. What about food? Food keeps you alive, sustains you, gives you energy. What about your immune system that fights off infection and heals your body from harm? Do you have a roof over your head? Running water? Heat? Do you have people in your life you can rely on? People to talk to? Is there a big beautiful world full or opportunities outside your window? Do you have a job that provides you money? A car? A bicycle? Do you have clothes? It's so easy to overlook all the beautiful things in our lives, but when we overlook these things and forget to give thanks for them, well, that's when our lives usually spiral or it invites things to go wrong. Just take a look at our world today and you'll see the reality. How many people are depressed? Don't have money? Stress out all the time? Have relationships that fall apart? You'll probably notice that there are certain people you know that are always complaining about something, and these people seem to always have something going wrong. Now think about how much gratitude you are actually giving in your life. You are probably going to see that the amount of gratitude you are giving is the amount you are getting back. The areas of your life where you give thanks are the stronger areas of your life, the areas where you don't give thanks are the areas that suffer.
Again, the good news is that giving thanks can almost instantly change your life. Make it a habit, it's easy enough to do, I promise. I've talked about gratitude a lot lately and the reason for that is I am realizing just how powerful the magic of gratitude truly is. The book "The Magic" (which I am going to talk more about soon) is a great way to start using the power of gratitude to instantly change your life and teach you how to use the magic of giving thanks in your everyday life in an effortless and fun manner. It has honestly opened up my world that much more and I am seeing things that I have been trying to manifest happen so quickly. It's rewarding and positively inspiring.
Simple Law of Attraction: giving Gratitude = more things for you to be Grateful for.

Giving thanks is always the fastest way to turn your mood around as well. Admittedly, sometimes I wake up in a not so great mood for one reason or another, but as soon as I sit down and start writing down the things I am grateful for and saying the words "thank you" while feeling as grateful as possible, I instantly feel better. Like Magic! ;) I've made it a new habit that whenever I feel my mood is waning, I stop whatever it is I'm doing, take a moment with myself and starting listing all the things that I am grateful for in my head, whether it's some big news or a glass of water. It always always makes me feel better and grateful for my life and all the things around me, so that I truly appreciate the things and people I am surrounded by. It is just so easy to give thanks, and, again, the more thanks you give, the more you'll have to be grateful for.
Even if you have one dollar to your name, say "thank you" and feel as much gratitude as you can for that one dollar. If you have a bad relationship, start focussing your attention on all the things you are grateful for in the other person. Even if you don't particularly like where you live, say "thank you" for the roof over you head and be grateful you are not living on the streets. Give thanks for the air you breathe, your body for functioning, your heart for beating, your food, water, a piece of paper, your desk, your computer, your fingers, your eyes, your clothes, the sun, the moon, the soil, your waiter or waitress, the bus driver, a knife and fork, your shoes, absolutely everything. You'll quickly realize just how fortunate and blessed you are to have all that you have and how those things enhance your every day life.
Gratitude will change your life in an instant. So no more complaining. If you catch yourself complaining about anything at all, stop, and take a moment to start listing off at least ten things that you are grateful for instead. And be sure to say a big "thank you, thank you, thank you."
I've also been in the habit for a while now of giving thanks at the end of each day for all the good things that happened that day or in your life in general. It's a great practice to do in the morning as well--or, again, whenever you need a pick-me-up. Feel the power of gratitude and change your life!

☺ Inspirational; Keep your mind ON the things you DO want & OFF the things you DON'T Want! ☺

Positivity breeds more Positivity. Negativity fuels more Negativity. Whatever you focus on is what you will receive.
It's a simple concept but is too often overlooked.
The power of the mind is astounding and brilliant; a tool, when used correctly, can be limitlessly beneficial; when used poorly can be somewhat unravelling.

I have previously spoken about the Law of Attraction and using it to your advantage, this is an extension to it, and the reason why so many negativites appear and reappear in people's lives, why things always seem to go wrong, and why many people have bumps when it comes to their thoughts.
The problem is that most people are thinking about what they Don't want, instead of what they Do want. And then they wonder why it keeps showing up over and over again in their lives. In the book "The Secret" they call this the "don't want" epidemic because people predominantly think, speak, act, and focus on what they "don't want."

Think about this for a moment and you will probably realize just how true it is. All the negative experiences that have entered your life have most likely come about from some thought of negation you had at one point or another. We tend to worry a lot about what we don't want. And when something goes wrong we tend to focus a lot of emotion and attention on it. We tell other people about it to vent. We post about it on social networking sites. We dwell on it all day. This kind of attention will bring about more negative situations like that because that is all your thoughts are focussed on, and you are just affirming the negative to yourself over and over again.

The Law of Attraction brings you whatever you are thinking about!

The Law of Attraction doesn't respond to whether or not you perceive something as being "good" or "bad," whether or not you do or don't want something. It is responding to your dominant thoughts. If you're focussing on feeling bad about something then that's the signal you are sending out into the Universe. You are not only affirming it to yourself, but you are also going to draw more of that to you. The Law of Attraction receives your thoughts and then reflects them back to you as your life experience. The Universe simply responds by giving you whatever it is you are thinking about. Which is why it is so important to stop thinking and dwelling on what you don't want, and instead start to focus on what you do want.

When you focus on what you don't want, this has two negative effects. One, is the Law of Attraction's response to your thoughts, bringing you more of the negative. The second is that the "don't want" mentality is a negative mindset, so not only are you drawing more negativity to you but you are also placing yourself in a self-defeating mindset at a subconscious level. Your statements of negation become a downward spiral. You'll feel awful in the moment and it will continue to spiral as you dwell on negativities, drawing more of that to you.

Learn to catch yourself and stop focussing your attention on "Not" Statements and other statements of negation. Remember that the Mind and the Universe don't differentiate the difference between "can" and "cannot," "do" and "don't," so when you focus all your attention on what you don't want then you are more likely to receive that which you don't want. The Law of Attraction doesn't hear that you don't want it, it simply manifests the things that you are thinking about, and so that is why it is going to show up over and over again. When you are focussing on something, no matter what it is, you are calling it into existence.

This is why to achieve your desires and wants and goals in life, it is important to keep your mind Off the things you Don't want and instead focus On the things you DO want. A few simple yet effective tweaks in your thought process is all it takes and the transformation is astounding.
Everything that goes on in your life is absorbed in some way at the subconscious level. This is why voluntarily feeding the subconscious mind with positive thoughts has the greatest benefits, such as repeating Positive Affirmations every day. Remember that your thoughts are magnetic and will draw the parallel back to you. Your life is made up of your thoughts. All the people, things, experiences, one way or another were drawn to you, or you drawn to them, by those powerful thoughts.
When you stop focussing on what you don't want, you'll stop sending out the message to the universe that you want those things.

Repeating that you don't want to be miserable is telling the universe that you Want to be miserable.
Repeating that you don't want to be late for work is telling the universe that you Want to be late for work.
If you are saying that you don't want people to treat you poorly then you are telling the universe that you Want people to treat you poorly.

And those negative thoughts can spiral and continue all from one bad thought.

Say you stub your toe in the morning, if you let it ruin your mood right then and there then you are dwelling on "oh it's going to be one of Those days" therefore you are simply re-affirming to yourself that it IS going to be one of "Those days."
Repeating negative thoughts re-affirms them to yourself and to the universe. Complaining out-loud, dwelling on negative thoughts, posting negative thoughts on facebook or anywhere else is just re-affirming the thought to yourself, to others, and to the Universe. You feel it at every level of your being.
What the mind wants the mind gets and when you continue with negative statements you will simply get them back to you. Do not affirm negative statements. Instead, focus on positive ones. Let slide the little negativities. Focus on what you Do want and you will draw that back to you.

The person trying to lose weight needs to feed the mind with productive thoughts and positive phrasing. Things like "I want to be healthy" "I want to be skinny" "I want to have lots of energy" "I want to feel great" "I love healthy food."
The person running late for work needs to stop saying "Don't be late!" or "I'm going to be late again!" and instead focus on "being on time."

Focus on thoughts that are productive instead of counter-productive. What you put out into the universe, you will receive. This may sound a bit intimidating with all those negative thoughts floating about but the good news is that the power of positive thinking is much stronger than the power of negative thinking, and this has indeed been scientifically proven. You can counter an arising negative thought simply by replacing it with a positive one. The other encouraging thought is that any statement or thought felt with strong emotion is much more powerful as well. So feel good and you will receive more good things.

Keep your Mind On the things you Do want, always and consistently. Let go of the "not" statements. Turn thought habits around to a positive outlook that is beneficial and productive to your wishes and goals.
By focussing On the things you Do want, you create favorable ideas in the subconscious Mind and you will draw those things to you or you will be drawn to them through the Law of Attraction.

There is always a Can and always a Positive outlook and solution. Choose to focus on the Positive. Choose to focus your attention on what you Do want and you will Attract more of what you Do want.
