☺ Motivational Mondays! ☺


Monday is a beautiful day, just like every other day of the week. I love Mondays, particularly because I get to share these posts with you and spread a little extra motivation and hopefully some brightness to your day. Motivational Mondays are here to get your week started off right and keep that momentum rolling throughout the rest of the week. So come back to this post every day and use it; re-reading today's tips will be like new motivation all over again and remind you to love life! Because life is worth loving! …and so are Mondays. ;) 

Don't sweat the small stuff… will it matter in a year from now? A minute from now? Don't over think things and make a bigger deal than needs be. Ask yourself if it's really worth stressing over? If you think it is, maybe there are some things you need to change so that those stresses no longer bother you. If it doesn't, then shrug it off and carry on smiling. 
All is well in Life! This is your positive affirmation for the week, your positive reminder about life to repeat to yourself daily. Have faith in the Universe, that you are on the right path and that all good things are coming your way.
Do 5 Good Earth Deeds! April is Earth Month, and Earth Hour just passed and I hope you turned your lights out and joined in the movement and the fun. Keep that momentum going, make the effort to do at least 5 good deeds for mother earth this week. 
For every complaint, be grateful for ten things! If you want good things in your life then it's time to practice more gratitude and complain less. For every complaint you make you draw more of whatever it is you're complaining about into your life. So catch yourself whether you're complaining in your head or out loud, and cancel that negative thought out by focussing on what you're grateful for instead. That gratitude will draw more things for you to be grateful for into your life. Simple Law of Attraction!   
Do the YMCA! This past week, Cory and I have been picking up each other's mood whenever we need it by randomly coming up behind the other, grabbing their arms and making them do the YMCA. Strange I know, but that's just how we roll. Being silly takes the stress out of life, if you can't take a moment to be silly and smile about it then what's the point? So cheer up others and yourself by doing the YMCA-A! 
Don't miss out on today! If you're constantly looking forward to tomorrow, then what happens to today? You're missing out, that's what! You only get one today, you will never ever have that day back, so make the best of it no matter what--this can particularly be applied to Mondays, yes? Every day is a gift no matter what day it is, so treat it as such and be thankful for it.
