☺ Motivational Mondays! ☺

. . . . . . . . . .

We're taking back Mondays!!!
"Motivational Mondays" are fabulous tips to get you excited and pumped for the week!
Feeling low? Moody? Down on life? Well, that's what these posts are for! Time to feel awesome again and get some Positivity rolling! Just because it's Monday doesn't mean you can't have fun, smile, and enjoy Today! Apply these tips to your week and try to tell me that you don't start to see an improvement in your life! ;)
It's all about You! Change your perception, change your attitude, love your life! xo

. . . . . . . . . .

Law of Attraction tip: Remember that your state of mind is what will determine what is coming into your life. It is not always an exact thought that will manifest but what frequencies you may be on; the happier you feel the more you'll attract other happy things to enter your life; if you feel frustrated or sad then you'll attract more things into your life that will make you feel frustrated or sad. This is why a good place to start is by focussing on your happiness, and then try to manifest actual things when you feel good.
Spend Time Outside! Every day! Commit yourself to spending at least 30 minutes outside each day! Even on rainy days, find some shelter outside and watch the storm, or dance in the rain, that's always fun! Just get out! Head to the park or a nature trail.  Pack a picnic or just enjoy some relaxation on a park bench.
Give Hugs!  Hugs are seriously the best things ever! Try to give and receive as many hugs as you can in a day. Hugs are good for your health and happiness and are a fantastic way to pass on goodness to others too! :) And none of those half-assed hugs, I mean real tight warm hugs!
Whoever is Happy will Make Others Happy Too.  Remember that helping others starts with helping yourself. If you're feeling helpless and unable to help someone then don't take that on; if you want to help someone then help yourself first: become happy, become a ray of sunshine in their dark world; be an inspiration for them. Being happy around others will boost their mood and pass on those positive vibes. So start with yourself and your happiness will become contagious!
Follow the three Rs: Respect for self. Respect for others. Responsibility for all your actions.
Be gentle with the earth. Don't forget about mother nature; nurture it, take care of it, do your part to leave the world a better place then when you came here. Every action counts. Don't litter, be conscious of your carbon footprint, use eco friendly products that don't harm earth. Do your part!
"Do what you love and don't look at the clock." ~ An Landers. Be in the present moment, enjoy whoever you're with right now and whatever you're doing right now. Happiness is now. Stop paying so much attention to the time or it will pass by too quickly, instead focus on having enough time to enjoy your passions, and enjoy them with all your heart and without distraction.

Create a Nice Day!!
Much Love from me to you!

☺ Motivational Mondays! ☺

Change your perception, change your attitude, love your life! xo

It's Time to Be Happy Again! And time for me to be repetitive. ;) Happiness is something you Choose to Be. I am going to repeat it over and over until it sinks in, because it is absolutely vital that you learn this. You cannot chase happiness, you have to choose to Be Happy. There is such beauty and freedom in this, and there should be a hell of a lot of hope, because anyone and everyone can be happy with the right attitude and the right steps and changes in their lives. So, take charge. No matter what point you're at in your life, right this second tell yourself; It's Time to Be Happy Again!
Have Courage! Many of us struggle with life, especially when we really wake up and feel that something is missing or that our lives aren't what we had imagined them to be. Things get better, I promise. But if you want an amazing life then you have to have the courage and passion to make changes, to work on yourself and to make that climb to the top. It may feel pretty rocky at first but every day gets better. And no matter how hard it may feel, you're still ahead of those that aren't trying. So have courage and keep climbing no matter how many times you fall.
Get in your 8 Hugs! I remember hearing and reading about this several times; you need eight hugs a day to maintain your level of happiness. Hugs are so fantastic, healing, nurturing, loving, caring. They are the BEST! So get in your eight hugs a day! And not those half-assed hugs, those really close, warm, heart-to-heart hugs that you don't want to let go. A Reaaaal Hug! Watch your happiness shine and your heart grow! :)
Learn from Winnie the Pooh! Whaaaaat???? Pooh Bear should be an inspiration to all, he knows how to go with the flow and how to enjoy all the little things. He knows how to solve problems effortlessly by just Doing instead of over thinking. He knows how to be there for others, to love, and to care. He is simple-minded but full of heart, not looking to overanalyze everything or to complicate things with our obsessive minds. He appreciates things as they are. He's not trying to be smarter than he is or anything that he is not. Pooh Bear just Is. And he is Happy. So take a lesson from Winnie the Pooh. ;)
Channel that Energy! Take all that negative energy and channel it instead towards achieving something positive. You'd be amazed at what you can do with all that energy that is wasted on negative thinking! Positive thinking will transform your life!
Be Free as a Child! Run around and have fun! Make a point to take a day, or time out of each and every day, to play, be free, be silly and have fun! Do the things that make you smile and laugh! Dance, skip, jump for joy, play on a swing, run around, sing, play play play! Find your bliss and enjoy it! Life is a game meant to be enjoyed and laughed through!
"Like a bird with broken wings, it's not how high he flies, but the song he sings" ~ Orianthi. It doesn't matter what life brings to you, you can still be completely in love with life and live it to the fullest so long as you have the right attitude. So keep loving, keep being all that you can be, and keep making the most of everything! Keep that Positive Mental Attitude going at all times, through the highs and lows.

Now go ahead and have the best damn week ever! And remember that just because it's Monday doesn't mean you have to by mopey, make the most of every single day and moment!
Much Love from me to you! And *HUUUUUGGGGG!!!*
Create a Nice Day! xo

☺ Motivational Mondays; Holiday Edition! ☺

Woww Christmas sure is sneaking up! And so, I apologize ahead of time for all the holiday-related tips this week. ;)

Be Extra Jolly! Because it's just that time of year when everyone should be extra nice and joyful! Be good to others. Be good to yourself. Remember to smile and to laugh and to allow yourself to loosen up and get wrapped up in the joy of the holiday season.
Green Your Holiday Season! Take the time to think about your green footprint this holiday season. Check out this post: "Santa's Carbon Footprint" . And stay tuned for a special Holiday Green Tips Edition this week! ;)
Be Forgiving… Let things go and be extra kind--of course within respect to your own mental and physical well-being. But learn to be the bigger person, don't hold onto things, let them go, and continue being kind.
Take a Breather… it's no secret that the holiday season tends to be extra busy. So be sure to brew a pot of herbal tea, sit down with a book or magazine and just take a break from the world.
Get into the Holiday Spirit! Watch fun magical movies. Enjoy being a kid and embracing the magic of this time of year!
Respect Your Self I just feel like this needs some emphasis at this time of year as well. Be kind and loving towards yourself. You are not here for people to walk all over you, know when to remove yourself from a situation or when someone has crossed the line with you. You can still respect and be kind to other people and still respect and be kind to yourself. Remember that.
Give out Free Hugs! Remember, because it's just that caring time of year. Spread love and joy onto others, it could remind them to smile and of the beauty that exists in the world. So go out and give out a few random hugs to strangers--and of course the people you love.

Hope you're already having a magical and wonderful holiday season how ever you choose to celebrate!

☺ Inspirational: Motivational Mondays! ☺

Happy Thanksgiving Canada!!! Happy Columbus Day U.S!! Happy Monday everyone else!!! ;D What a wonderful reason right there to love today and to gain momentum for the week!

☺ Dance around and listen to Bad Pop Music! I am currently doing this while cooking food for our little vegan Thanksgiving potluck. It is fun! I am jumping from room to room, throwing ingredients together and having a good 'ol time! Join me!!
☺ What are You Grateful For? With it being Thanksgiving it seems like a logical task for the week. Make a list of all the things you are grateful for--whether it's Thanksgiving for you or not, it's a great exercise that should be done often! Appreciate your life! I am grateful for love, laughter, beaming smiles, hugs, positivity, YOU, and all the amazing family and friends I am so fortunate to have in my life! What are you thankful for? :)
☺ Shop Second Hand! If you're shopping for something new why not check out your local thrift stores first? You'd be surprised by what awesome stuff you can find there! It's a great way to save some money and be good to the environment.
☺ Go for a Fall Walk! If you're lucky then you are getting to see beautiful fall colors as the leaves float down to the ground. Go out and enjoy it! In Nelson the colors aren't changing too much, but it is still pretty. Enjoy being outside any time of the year.
☺ Be Happy for others! I'm not sure what the bad attitude is always about, but many people feel threatened or some negative emotion when someone else accomplishes something awesome, especially if you deem said-person as "competition." Drop the bad attitude and be happy for them! Becoming happy for someone else will bring you accomplishments of your own--so some good old law of attraction and karma for you!
☺ Take Part in the Occupy Movement! There's a re-love-ution coming!!! Take part! Find an Occupy event where you live or start one yourself! This has become a global movement, let your voice be heard as part of the 99%!! Check out this post for more on this movement ;) http://www.reloveplanet.com/2011/10/occupy-movement-its-time-for-change.html
☺ Hug instead of Handshake! A friend and I were discussing this the other night how lame handshakes are sometimes. Next time someone is going to shake your hand give them a great big hug instead!

Have a beautiful wonderful fabulous week my lovelies!!!

☺ Inspirational: Motivational Mondays!☺

It's that time again! Who's excited for a while new week? I can't hear you!!!!! Well let's see if those cheers are any louder after this week's Motivational Monday tips! ;)

Get in touch with an old friend... or even if it's a friend you just haven't seen in a while. Friendship is fabulous and it's always fun catching up. Arrange to meet up in person whenever you can.
Stay focussed on those Positive Affirmations!! They reaaaally do make a huge difference in your day, your week, your life! So remember to repeat them daily... just in case you're like me and get forgetful sometimes.
Give your change to the next busker... I lived in a big city for the last three and a half years and so you get used to bums asking you for change. You even get used to young adults asking you for change because they are too lazy to get a job... but this is a whole other topic in itself... my point is, it's nice when you see people busking, performing, working for that change. Some of them are also quite amazing. So reward their efforts, you probably don't really need that change anyway so give it to the next busker you see. There's your random act of kindness assignment for the week ;)
☺ Turn off all media... for at least one day this week. Turn off the tv, the computer, your cell phone, and all the other many devices we are attached to in a day. Take a media break. Too much time spent on these things can deplete the soul, so get back to some more natural hobbies and activities.
Take a nature walk... anywhere close by. Even if it's just a walk down a quaint little neighborhood. Take in all the different trees, flowers, insects, and birds. Gaze up at the sky. Enjoy some fresh air.
Say Thank You! It's one of those words that is either over-used without true appreciation or under-used altogether. Say thank you with meaning, to the bus driver, the cashier, your partner, a friend, show your gratitude.
☺ Give someone a big hug! And tell them how much you love them.

Have a fabulous Monday and make the most out of your week! Make it FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC!!!!

☺ Inspirational: Return that Smile! ☺

☺ Smile & Laugh! Yes, the most obvious advice ever, but it works! Laughter releases tension and endorphins so you'll Feel better. Smiling, all the time, at everyone, invites others to do the same, so you're creating positive energy all around. By simply smiling it also triggers the brain to be Happy. Neat huh? So Smile & Laugh it off!

☺ Dance in your Underwear! Absolutely let go, Be Free! Let yourself jump around and dance like a maniac! No one is there to watch you--and if they are, who cares? Allow yourself to Be and have some fun! Sing, prance, jump, run around, whatever or however you feel, just go for it! Crank up some silly pop music, maybe head-bang to some metal, but I recommend something upbeat.

☺ Hug Everyone You Love! Or just plain hug Everyone if you feel like it. There is not enough Love & Joy being spread around so help spread it, for Yourself and for Others. Hugs are amazing, everyone loves hugs, whether they admit it or not. Never forget the joy of this simple affectionate act.

☺ Be Appreciative & Attentive. Every moment of the day try to stop and really look around at your surroundings and just Be. Walk around with Your Eyes Open! It will help bring you to the Here & Now and will open your eyes to the beauty of simplicity in life. Remember; There are No Ordinary Moments.

Have an amazing weekend Lovelies! Enjoy it! And remember how Beautiful you are.

Peace & Love,
xo
~Bianca
