☺ Inspirational: Motivation Mondays!☺

Wow!! It's Monday!!!! Smile smile smile!!! You are so lucky to be here! It's another week, another beautiful Monday to welcome with a big huge enthusiastic smile!! Life ROCKS!!! ;D 

 Be Yourself!  Be goofy, be ridiculous, be fun, Be Yourself! Do what you want and say what you mean. Be free to be the lovely You that you are :)    
 Discover New Food... There are so many amazing foods out there that you probably don't even know exist. I know when I went vegan and gluten-free it opened up my world to all these amazing foods that I had never even heard of before. I love exploring new foods, it's fun, so go for it and don't be intimidated! 
 Exercise!!! Even just walking for thirty minutes each day is enough to give your body the boost it needs to be healthy. Easy as that! Try new activities, get active, and have fun with it!  
 Stop Procrastinating... I am absolutely awful for procrastinating. Make a list of all the things you've been meaning to get done. Now make sure you have them all crossed off by the end of the week. ;) 
 And Above all Be.....

  2. its one of those things you just have to get into the habit of doing. once its a habit its hard NOT to workout
