Lately I can't stop smiling, laughing, and being absolutely blissful--and you can too!!!! Get your life on track! Anyone can do it! If you need some extra motivation, well then, you've come to the right place! ;)
☺ Go Shopping for the things you want! If you believe you shall receive! So take the experience of owning or doing whatever it is you're after to the closest level you can! Shop for that new house, test drive that car you want, visualize yourself already in possession of whatever it is you desire.
☺ Prioritize your Life! You may have heard this story before but it's always a lovely reminder. When you're feeling overwhelmed or that you just don't have time for everything you want to do, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee.
☺ Smile all day! I don't care if you're at home by yourself or out in public, SMILE!!! It feels great! You'll feel great! Smiling tricks your brain into thinking you’re happy! Try keeping a smile on your face all day long and try telling me you did not have a fantastic day!
☺ You CAN! Remember this quote; "Whether you think you can or think you can't, either way you are right." ~Henry Ford. So choose to think that you Can!
☺ Skip down the street! It's fun! You'll feel absolutely blissful! Who cares who's watching? Be free to have some fun and act joyfully!
☺ Breathe into your Stomach... not your chest. Most people breathe into their chest instead of their stomachs but it is much more beneficial to breathe into your stomach. Start consciously breathing into your stomach. It may seem a bit arduous at first but after a while you won't even think about it!
☺ Do a Good Deed! Not only is it good karma but it spreads positivity to those around you, to yourself, and to the Universe. Plus you may inspire others to do the same.
