  1. It's amazing the renewable energy we have! We just got a bill from our propane supplier. We have drastically reduced our yearly propane consumption. They have now billed us $1 more per gallon for our low usage. WTH???? I get penalized for using less propane? They told me yes, If you use over a certain amount per year you get a cheaper rate. I argued (nicely) that I'm helping the environment and might I add I recommended 2 more people to them that are now customers. They didn't care. It's their policy. As of today I called them saying I'm leaving them for someone else. We will get hooked up next week with a small company. My old company couldn't care less. It's just sad. They said if I used more propane for drying all my clothes in the dryer and turned up my heat and yadda yadda I may meet their requirement for lower pricing. bye bye. your policy sucks. Just rant but I was astonished also. I will continue to use our natural resources as much as I can.

  2. omg that's INSANE!!! what the hell???
Companies SHOULD be rewarding low-consumption! Come on!!! Wow, I can't believe it... well I can but I can't. The whole thing is just ridiculous but it doesn't surprise me because they're always after more money :P
good on you leaving them for someone else!
