☺ Motivational Mondays! ☺

. . . . . . . . . .

We're taking back Mondays!!!
"Motivational Mondays" are fabulous tips to get you excited and pumped for the week!
Feeling low? Moody? Down on life? Well, that's what these posts are for! Time to feel awesome again and get some Positivity rolling! Just because it's Monday doesn't mean you can't have fun, smile, and enjoy Today! Apply these tips to your week and try to tell me that you don't start to see an improvement in your life! ;)
It's all about You! Change your perception, change your attitude, love your life! xo

. . . . . . . . . .

☺ Law of Attraction tip: When you think to yourself "I don't have enough" then you will continually attract that reality into your life and you will never have enough of whatever it is you feel that way about. When you focus your thoughts on 'lack of' you block abundance from coming to you. Shift your mind onto thinking you have an abundance, even if you don't. Emit those thoughts and they will magnetically attract more than enough of everything to you.
☺ Tackle Procrastination! I am the worst procrastinator The worst! I swear it runs in my family or something… anyways, it feels pretty awesome when you do finally tackle something you've been avoiding or keep forgetting about, so instead of putting things off any longer go ahead and tackle all those procrastinations this week! Go productivity! You'll feel better without it weighing in the back of your mind anymore too!
☺ Look for the positive in your daily experiences.  I am always astounded at how many people seem to look for things to complain about with even the most positive of things. Stop looking for the negative. If that's where you mind is going then retrain that brain! Catch yourself and see the positive instead. It will change your life!
☺ Give something up for the week! I love this practice because it teaches self-control which is something many of us struggle with, especially when it comes to bad habits or food. So, whether you choose a food (meat, dairy, sugar, junk food, coffee, alcohol etc.), video games, makeup, cigarettes, TV, or anything at all, try giving up something for the week that you think you need (but don't!). Who knows, this may be the beginning of kicking some bad habits too!
☺ When you lose, don’t lose the lesson.  Life holds so many very dear and valuable lessons. When we fall that is when the biggest lessons are usually presented for us. This is why losing is a tremendous gift, it's just not always easy to see that in the heat of the moment. Always take a step back and remember to keep the lesson, don't lose yourself to self-defeat.
☺ Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes we hate to hear this little mantra, but it's absolutely true--so long as you stay positive and keep faith. The second you dwell on negative self-defeating thoughts and emotions then you place yourself in a position of stalemate with life in which you can't move forwards. Life brings to us what we need, even if we don't like it in that moment, but it is absolutely up to us to see that and have faith in that. Have faith and don't stay in stalemate.
☺ Learn new words. Keep your mind fresh and full of new information and learn new words every day! Exercise that brain! How often do we hear or read a word and don't actually know what it means and instead of looking it up we simply accept that we don't know it (or pretend we do)? Stop! Admit ignorance (for no one knows all words!) and look up the word or ask. Learning is fun, and exercising your brain increases mental alertness and response. Plus, who doesn't want to know more words? ;)
☺  "In my life, I've had thousands of failures, hundreds of wrong decisions, and countless stupid mistakes. But if given the chance to change it?! I'd rather not...Because somehow, my past made me what I am right now. Not hard as a diamond, but strong enough to win my fight." ~Justice Cabral.

Create a Nice Day!!

It's all about You! Change your perception, change your attitude, love your life! xo

. . . . . . . . . .

☺ Thoughts are Things: Thoughts have a frequency, they are real energy, and they have Power. Make sure the thoughts you are emitting are positive!
☺ Jealousy is an ugly look on anyone. Learn to be happy for other people's triumphs instead of turning to negative jealous or envy. It's a terrible thing to down play another's successes simply because it is not you in their place. Just be happy for them. And be the best that you can be instead of acting upon or feeling jealousy or envy. Success will come your way if you can learn to be praise another's success instead of becoming jealous--remember there is enough for everyone.
☺ Make someone Happy Today! There is nothing that fills the heart more than the ability to brighten someone's day and to make them smile. Go out of your way this week, every day, to put a smile on another's face. :)
☺ Things always have a way of working out.  So never underestimate the power of faith, positivity, and good thoughts. Look back on any difficult or stressful moments in your life and look at them now; chances are they've been resolved and long forgotten; and if they haven't chances are that they are leading to something amazing. So have faith and stay positive and resolve will come to you faster.
☺ Follow your Passions! Follow your passions, your dreams, and the things you enjoy, and then the right opportunities will come to you. If you don't know what you want to do in life for work, then start with your passions. Don't tell yourself that your passions cannot become your life, there are endless possibilities and when you become true to your heart then those opportunities will present themselves and you will live the life of your dreams.
☺ Become a Team Player! While this particularly applies to your relationship with your significant other, it can be applied to any relationship… Be a team player! Instead of fighting, getting on each other's nerves, and constantly pitting yourselves against one another, learn to compromise, to talk things out, to find resolve, and to overall be on each other's side. Your relationships will become much more harmonized, respectful, and happy when you do this.
☺ "It is Your task to nurture your soul with kindness, love, respect, tolerance, forgiveness, and confidence. For a balance and hearty meal of awesomeness creates a life of happiness." ~ Dodinsky.

Create a Nice Day!!
Much Love from me to you!

. . . . . . . . . .

☺ Believe and know that nothing is impossible! Create a world where Miracles are every day occurrences. The Law of Attraction can create this world for you, if you realize and Choose to create your own world and use manifesting to your advantage. Anything and everything is possible, it is only our minds that refuse to believe. Start believing, start reading up on the Law of Attraction, start practicing gratitude every day.
☺ Play Compliment Ping Pong! Sit down with a friend, in person or online, and pass compliments back and forth to each other. This isn't an ego boost exercise, it's a genuine love and mood-booster exercise. Self love too often gets put aside or dismissed as egoism, but people with the biggest egos are the ones in need of actual self love. Practice putting people up instead of down.
☺ Remember to create your own sunshine!  It is in your power to create your own happiness, to create a beautiful day. All you have to do is wake up and smile, be grateful, focus on the positive, and maintain that positive attitude all day. Magical things will happen in your life and you won't be able to stop smiling and feeling like you're walking on rainbows. Yes, rainbows!
☺ Try Veganism with the 1-Day Kickstart! I know, vegan diet, intimidating stuff. It's not as hard as you think and now there are even apps to help you out! This one is supposed to be fabulous and it's Free! This is a great app from PCRM for anyone who is new to a vegan diet. It gives you 21 days of recipes, making it super easy to plan your plant-based meals.
☺ Make Love your only answer. Love is the answer to everything. Approach everyone and every situation from a point of love. Don't hold grudges, don't bad-mouth, don't be a little brat, just be loving. It'll get you much further in life.
☺ Stop talking behind people's backs… Once we learn to come from a place of love at all times this bad habit fades all by itself. However, until it does, catch yourself if you start saying something negative about another person. It's too easy to do, especially in this world. Just remember for every 1 bad thing you say about a person, you should replace that with 10 positive things about the person or else the relationship will end.
☺ "Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen." — Winston Churchill. Learn when to speak and when to listen. Balance is everything, and both are equally important.

Create the Best Damn Day ever, it is up to You to Create a Beautiful Life!!! ;)
Much Love from me to you!

☺ Motivational Mondays! ☺

Gooooo Monday! Hope you've all had a beautiful weekend and are continuing the magic throughout the rest of the week! Hope you all had a fun Earth Day as well and keep that going through the week! Remember how you treat the Earth is how you should treat yourself--which is awesome, all the time! Ah wait, hold on now...

☺ Treat Everything with Respect! You should treat yourself with absolute love and respect at all times, no self put-downs, no negative thoughts towards yourself, just pure love. If you treat yourself with love then you will find that love flowing over into all other aspects of your life. You will start to treat the Earth with love and respect. You will start to treat animals with love and respect. You will start to treat other People with love and respect. In this sense your own attitude towards all other things around you is usually a pretty good representation of how you truly feel about yourself. So welcome love into your life, starting by loving You!
☺ Make all month Earth Month! Hoping you all had a lovely Earth Day yesterday, and just like with Earth Hour, let's keep the momentum going all month long! See how many things in your life you can change to more eco-friendly options--there are always new things to do so have fun with it! And inspire others to do the same!
☺ Ditch Paper! Speaking of Earth Day, let's start with this… The average U.S. household receives 6 pieces of junk mail every day, 44% of that usually ends up in the landfill unopened! Take the steps to reduce your paper where you can. Get your bills sent through email instead of on paper in the mail. Make sure your providers and services don't send you letters in the mail. Place a "no junk mail" sign on your mailbox. Reduce reduce… and recycle of course! ;)
☺ Do something absolutely spontaneous! Every day this week! I'm talking absolutely silly, ridiculous, fun spontaneity. Anything goes! And tell me about what you did! I want to know! ;)
☺ Clear out your closet! I love doing this every so often and spring is the perfect time to do it! For some reason I find it cleansing, it's nice to clear out old things, especially when you realize when things have been sitting in your wardrobe not being worn. Go through your things and see what you think it worth keeping, donating, or selling! Some thrift stores will give you money for your items so why not find out! Better yet, plan a clothes swap with some friends and anything that doesn't get claimed donate to your local thrift stores.
☺ "I will not waste my days, Making up all kinds of ways, To worry about some things, That will not happen to me" ~ Jason Mraz.
☺ Join the Pink Fluffy Unicorns Dancing on Rainbows!!! I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself. This video totally made my day when I first saw it and continues to put a smile on my face any time I watch it. Although, warning, you may get the song stuck in your head and start prancing around in your day to day activities. ;)

Have a beautiful day, week, life! Much Love from me to you!
Create a Nice Day! xo

♥ "The Secret" & "The Magic" by Rhonda Byrne ♥

I talk about the Law of Attraction all the time. Yet somehow I have not written up a review about the amazing book that taught me all about this Universal Law and began my deeper manifestation journey. Well, today I am going to briefly talk about two books; "The Secret" and "The Magic" both written by Rhonda Byrne.

"The Secret" I highly recommend if you are unfamiliar with the Law of Attraction. It is a beautifully written and informative book that goes through all the things we do, don't do, and accidentally do that manifest things into our lives. It gives you the knowledge and information you need to properly and efficiently use the Law of Attraction to your advantage--because whether you believe it or not, you are manifesting the things present in your life, even when you're not meaning to.
"The Secret" is also available as a movie with mostly the same information. However, I highly highly recommend reading the book as well if you are going to watch the movie. I just feel that you absorb a lot more with the book and it goes a little more in-depth. So pick up this book and make your life all that you want it to be with the power of the Law of Attraction!

Next, you should read "The Magic." What this book is is 28 days of "Magical practices" that help you to use the power of gratitude to manifest everything you want in your life. Gratitude is the greatest key in using the Law of Attraction, and let me tell you, this book will teach you all about gratitude and make you realize just how much we take for granted. The practices will have you saying "thank you" for everything and bring a happiness about that you cannot imagine. Saying "thank you" is one of the easiest and fastest ways to bring happiness into your life because it will make you realize just how much you have instead of complaining about the things you don't have that simply aren't worth your time. This book will make you grateful for everything, no matter what state your life is in, and help you to bring more things to be grateful for. I'm raving about "The Magic" because it works! Yes, I'm a positive person, but even so, I didn't realize how much gratitude I was missing out on giving and just how powerful gratitude is. This book will change your entire outlook on life, in a beautiful, magical way. ;)

I say it time and time again, if you want your life to be beautiful and happy then you have to take the right steps towards that happiness. Don't repeat the same routine and wonder why nothing is changing. Change the way you look, think, and experience life. I certainly wonder if my life could have become better faster if I'd known about the Law of Attraction sooner, but hey, things happen at the right time for a reason. Now is your time to learn about the Universal Law that governs us whether we like it (you should!) or not. So get reading, get happy, and change your life! :)
If you feel like it I've also got podcasts talking about both these books and I've also written up other articles regarding the Law of Attraction and Gratitude.

☺ Motivational Mondays! ☺

Monday is a beautiful day, just like every other day of the week. I love Mondays, particularly because I get to share these posts with you and spread a little extra motivation and hopefully some brightness to your day. Motivational Mondays are here to get your week started off right and keep that momentum rolling throughout the rest of the week. So come back to this post every day and use it; re-reading today's tips will be like new motivation all over again and remind you to love life! Because life is worth loving! …and so are Mondays. ;)

☺ Gratitude pick-me-up! Whenever you're feeling low in your day, whether it's a low mood, low energy, or negative thoughts, start saying thank you for everything around you as you continue with whatever it is you're doing. Yes, I mentioned this last week as well, but this practice has so many benefits! I'm in the lovely new habit of doing this and let me tell you how quickly this practice turns your mood around! Say thank you to all the things around you, for your body that allows you to do things, your health that allows you to live, your desk that allows you to work, the sunshine, a pen, your food, whatever is around you! You'll quickly fill up with joy and then it becomes hard to be brought back down! Read more in my recent article on Gratitude: http://www.reloveplanet.com/2012/04/power-of-gratitude.html
☺ If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. We make it so easy to talk behind people's backs, to say mean things when they are not there to listen. Usually when we do this it's not even a problem we have with the other person but a problem of our own we are just deflecting onto others. Stop, catch yourself, and if you're going to talk about someone behind their back then say something nice. Speak joy, receive joy, it all goes round and round.
☺ Play in the Dirt! Get your hands dirty, grow a garden, play with the soil, connect yourself with the life-force of the planet. Stop reaching for gloves to disconnect yourself. A little dirt never hurt anyone, in fact, it may help you get a little extra B12! :)
☺ Smile! Again?! You can never get enough smiling exercises, nope sir! Take five minutes the next chance you get to look at yourself in the mirror and just smile. Smile until your cheeks hurt. Smile until you brim with joy. Smile until it's so contagious you can't stop. Smiling is the best medicine for a bad mood. ;)
☺ Put the Phone Down. We live in the technology age where we bring our phones with us everywhere we go. We text while driving, while walking, while talking and socializing with friends. Remember the time when all we had were landlines? When you Couldn't bring a phone with you? Or at least when most of us didn't have a phone on us 24/7? Okay, so we can't go back to that time, but the least you can do is turn the volume off and put away your phone when you are socializing with others. Whatever texts are being send to you can wait. It's called respect yo!
☺ Get moving! Get in your 30 minutes a day of activity, whether it's walking to work, going to the gym, dancing around your home, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or anything else. Try to get your body moving this week for at least 30 minutes a day! Check out the benefits of exercise here: http://www.reloveplanet.com/2012/04/fantabulous-and-many-benefits-of.html
☺ "Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs is more people who have come alive" – Howard Thurman.

Have a beautiful day, week, life! Much Love from me to you!
Create a Nice Day! xo

☺ Say Hello to the New Year right! ☺

It's that time of year again, time to set those New Year's resolutions right?
Saying Goodbye to the past year may be a good thing, but I think many of us do it the wrong way. Somehow we believe that when the clock rings in the new year, the past year somehow just vanishes and we never have to look back at it again. It doesn't work that way. And if you're wondering why you can feel so passionately that it will but then act surprised when the new year comes in and in that very first day you may already be feeling like nothing has changed… well it's because nothing has changed.
Life is life. You choose what it is going to be at any moment. It doesn't magically change the first day of the new year or because you think you're armed with all these resolutions. Resolutions don't usually work because, one, they come from a place of neglect to the past, and two, a lack of consciousness as to where the things you want to change came from in the first place. Usually bad habits are a result of unhappiness within yourself, and so committing yourself with resolutions to change those bad habits aren't going to be successful unless you first address yourself, your emotions, feelings, and attitude.

Making Resolutions Successful.
Any change has to come from within yourself, by getting in touch with yourself so that you can make those positive changes. Again, it's not as easy as flipping a switch on New Year's day. Change takes time. Change also takes patience, commitment, perseverance, and love and respect for yourself. What will help your resolutions become reality will be the right attitude and addressing the things you need to address in order for those resolutions to be a success.

The Right Attitude: If you read ReLove Plan.et at all then you know already the emphasis I place on having a Positive Mental Attitude. I kid you not when I say this is the key to achieving just about anything you want in life. Being Positive means focussing on the good side of things instead of constantly dwelling on the bad. It also means finding the positive in any situation, no matter how negative it may seem. There is Always a Positive side! Always always! You just have to choose to see it. So in order for your Resolutions to be a success, arm yourself with a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA). It will probably take you some time to always seek out the positive so just be patient, keep at it, and give yourself a reminder to seek out the positive.

Don't be so hard on yourself! Things don't change immediately, these things take time. This isn't because of you, it's simply because change takes time. You are reprogramming old thoughts, habits, and attitudes and these things take time to rebuild. Be realistic; you are going to stumble, fail, make mistakes, feel down, and get emotional. But what you do need to understand is that all of this is okay! Being human and experiencing life requires these things in order for us to grow, learn, and become better people. The part that will make those lows easier will be understanding that they are going to happen but not to hold onto them. Let it go. Feel, experience, learn, and let it go. You will feel fantastic again in no time so long as you allow the low moments to pass by, instead of dwelling on them and beating yourself up over them for happening. Be kind to yourself and be patient. At the end of every day, Just do your Best.

Address the Source! Bad habits and attitudes come from somewhere! They do, they do! Find out why you feel a certain way, and where the attitude or bad habit comes from. Try to be conscious of when you turn to those bad habits, or feel negatively. I say it time and time again, if you need to see a councillor, do it! In fact, if anything, that should be your New Year's Resolution; see a councillor (or therapist, psychiatrist, etc.)! You won't change anything until you come to peace with your past, and we often need help to do this. It's not a shameful, embarrassing, or self-defeating thing to seek out help from another. And so I will say again, if you want to change anything start by changing yourself. You can't ignore your past or where feelings or habits come from, because they will rear their heads even if you choose to ignore them. Find the source so that you can actually change and live the life you want to live.

I think at the end of it all, I just want to say that Change comes from Within Yourself. New Year's Day is just a day like any other (usually with a whole lot of partying and excitement around it of course). Changing yourself and making your life awesome has nothing to do with a "New Year." If you want your life to be awesome and amazing, then instead of making New Year's "Resolutions," start by making changes within yourself. Once you do that then those resolutions will probably come about on their own anyway. After all, what more does anyone truly want in life other than to be Happy?

Happy New Year none-the-less! If nothing else, mark the New Year as the beginning of a change in You. Make it the beginning of excitement and amazement with changes and progress that comes from within. Because everything you need to live the life you want and to be the person you want to be already exist within yourself.

☺ Motivational Mondays! ☺

Are you beaming with excitement for Monday? And the rest of the week? No???? Why not?? Okay, here are some reasons to be excited for the week and to make your week exciting!

☺ You can Smile! Every single day! Go ahead, you know you want to!… Do I repeat this one too many times? Maybe… SMILE SMILE SMILE SMILE!!!! Until you feel absolute bliss!!
☺ Try Something New! Make it your mission this week to try something new this week, or every single day for that matter! Try a new food or recipe. Go some place you've never been before. Try that activity you've been wanting to but keep putting off or making excuses not to do.
☺ Go Play in the SNOW! We have snow here in Nelson now and it totally excites me! Everything is so pretty and white, a beautiful winter wonderland! Go play out in it, throw snowballs, go sledding, make snow-angels, go for a walk. And if it's not snowing where you live than embrace that it's not as well and do all the things that you can't do when there's snow on the ground! ;)
☺ It's Okay to Be Human… Too often we feel bad for being, well, Human. It's okay, not it's fantastic to be Human. You are allowed to be emotional, you are allowed to have ups and downs, you are okay to be who you are and feel the way that you feel. Stop feeling guilty, embarrassed, ashamed, or any other feeling of negation. The ups and downs, the experiences, the emotions, they all help us to grow and become better people and enrich our lives.
☺ Change your Thoughts! It's all perception, it's all in your head, it's all in your attitude. Change your thoughts to positive, happy ones and you will come out with more positive and beautiful circumstances.
☺ Initiate changes in your life… If it's time for something to change, than change it. Allowing yourself to be stuck in the same continuous circle gets yourself or those around you no where. Break the cycle and take a leap of faith. Change is good, we just need to get over feeling so resistant to it.
☺ Accept Compliments… I think we often feel that we are not worthy of compliments, which is why we tend to feel embarrassed or uncomfortable when someone does compliment us. We don't place enough value on ourselves and therefor feel uncertain of how to feel when someone says something nice. Accept compliments and know that you are worthy of such compliments. Which brings me to today's last tip...
☺ You are Wonderful! Seriously, you are the most amazing person on the planet! Know that your worth is beyond words. You are beautiful, wise, amazing, wonderful, brilliant, fun, loving, courageous, fantastic, and all other brilliant things under the sun. Don't ever talk down on yourself. Ever ever!

Have a wonderful week!!! Much love lovelies! Make this week Legendary!

☺ What's Holding You Back? You! ☺

To move forwards sometimes you must examine what's holding you back. After you examine all the circumstances, people, and things, really the only thing holding you back is You. We may be resistant to hear this, it is after all so much easier to pass the blame on to everything but yourself. But, hard as you may try to convince yourself otherwise, You are still the master of your life. I've spoken about this topic before--about taking responsibility of your life--and this is worth a read (or revisit) if you are still resistant to accepting that responsibility and control over your life. But let me say again how incredibly empowering and liberating this responsibility of acceptance can truly be.
It will help you move forward, which is the focus of today's topic.

Too easily we believe that all the things around us are the sources which hold us back in life. It seems like an easy scapegoat. It isn't. And I will definitely elaborate.
In reality, it's not what happens to us, it's not our life circumstance, our family, friends, boss, relationships, or jobs that decide our lives--You do. Everything else is just an excuse. Because excuses mean we don't have to be responsible. But you are, so take that responsibility and change your life into what you want it to be.

The excuses are just the building blocks to the walls of the fortress we build around us and hold us back. We build our own walls, and the more we pile on the excuses the higher those walls become, making it harder to break it back down and see beyond the illusions created within.

Each wall may represent a different set of excuses, blinding our vision to what may be on the other side.

Let's say one wall represents blocks of an emotional level. Insecurity, pessimism, negativity, self-pity, lack of self-worth, unhappiness, fatigue, fear, discomfort, doubt, and so on. All these emotions that make you feel as if your dreams are unattainable. These are all ideas created by your own Mind, but because you believe them, they become real. Well what if one day you gain some confidence and courage, start loving yourself, believe you can do anything, become adventurous, become positive, and release doubt? Do you not see how quickly that wall would crumble and what new opportunities and happiness could now become visible, open, and available to you? If we refuse to look beyond the walls, how will you know that anything else exists? This is why having the right attitude is key to anything worthwhile.

But there are more walls, remember? Another wall is build by the blocks of relationships. The excuses of blame fall onto family members, friends, your partner, coworkers, boss, and so on. Maybe someone doesn't support you. Or perhaps you're afraid what someone else might think. Maybe you're afraid of hurting someone. Maybe the blame falls onto that you have children, or you feel restricted by your spouse or partner. We all at some point have tried blaming another person for something going wrong in our lives. At the end of the day, these too are excuses and they needn't be. You can still live the life you want. No one else is to blame for your choices. And no one has to be a restriction either. Your parents aren't responsible for the way you act today. Your partner isn't responsible for making you happy or making your life perfect. Your children aren't the things holding you back.  Let go of all the excuses and blame and you'll find a way to make things work. You are your own person with your own life. You must be responsible for that life and your own happiness first before you are of benefit to others. Let go of the excuses and let the wall open up for you where possibilities and solutions await.

The third wall is made out of "Things" and this encompasses anything in between, because excuses can come from whatever our imaginations allow. Money is a common one, and material things like cars, computers, supplies, etc. But if you top focussing attention on not having these things and instead become open to them somehow coming, you'd be surprised by how quickly things tend to come together. Remember, the Universe is a magical place. Remember that there is always a solution, an answer, and a way. Let go of restricting thoughts and become open to possibilities.

The last wall is built by the blocks of circumstance, and this is often a big wall. We are not born with this wall, but many of us act as if we were. We too often feel like we are at a predisposition to certain lifestyles, jobs, or relationships because of the life we are born and raised in. It's easy to become close-minded to the belief that anything else exists beyond what we know or because that's all that we know and in some strange way it's comforting because it's familiar. We think if this is the life we are given then we cannot push past it. If you're born into poverty, abuse, illness, or if you live in a particular neighbourhood, town, city, or country those become your walls. But remember that those walls are still just excuses. We may think of these circumstances as disadvantages but really they are just excuses. If you spend your entire life saying that you can't, then of course that's the reality you are giving yourself. You create your own reality, therefor your own life. They are only blocks if you allow them to be. Don't keep saying to yourself, to others, or to me "but what about [insert excuse here]?" Save it and accept that they don't have to be what's holding you back. I don't have all the answers, I've only lived my life and experienced my circumstances, relationships, etc. But somewhere within You there is your own answer and your own way.

Out of nowhere and no way, a way will be made.

Think of all the amazing things people have done in the world out of nothing. Think of all the people that were at "disadvantages" and came out with huge success. Think of all the people who have turned their lives around and helped change the world for the better. There are thousands of inspirational stories out there, and many more that we may never know. But with all of these people all they did was let down those walls of excuses holding them back and a bigger picture became open to them. And that can be You. The only thing holding you back is You. Let down those walls, stop holding yourself back, and start living the life you've always dreamed of.

☺ Motivational Mondays! 12 Reasons to Smile! ☺

Happy Halloween everyone!!! I hope your weekend has been as awesome and exciting as mine!
I've noticed already that, despite the fun of Halloween, this Monday appears to be a mixture of adoration of the Halloween weekend but also a mix of frowny-pants attitudes. So let's liven it up shall we?

Let's discuss… 10 Reasons to Smile Right Now!
#1: ☺ You're Alive! Seriously, what better reason to smile than that? This is Your Life!!! How awesome is that?! You can do whatever you want with it! You can Choose to do and make it whatever you want! Dude, you're alive!!!
#2: ☺ Love! It's all around us, as long as you choose to see it, to embrace it, and to share it with others. Love comes in so many forms so express it and receive it. The best way to bring more love into your life is to be loving.
#3: ☺ Because it feels better to Smile than to Frown! You know what I'm talking about! Fake it 'til you make it! Just smile for no other reason than just to smile and try to tell me that you don't start feeling good!
#4: ☺ Chocolate! Oh come on, you know you love it too! Why can't chocolate be a reason to smile? Anything can be a reason to smile and I say chocolate is a reason to smile! ;)
#5: ☺ Because life is Exciting! Have you ever taken a moment to actually stop and consider how exciting your life is? Imagine if everything was always the same and nothing "unfavourable" ever happened? That would be boring! Life is a roller coaster and if you can't appreciate the lows you won't embrace the highs.
#6: ☺  Other People's Smiles! Smiling is contagious! If you see someone with a big huge smile on their face you can't help but also smile! You smile, I smile, we all smile!
#7: ☺ Because of this guy! Look at that face, how freakin adorable is that?!! ;)

#8: ☺ Because You can Choose to! Oh hello, what's this? Free will? No way! Say what? You get to Choose to smile and to be happy? Why didn't someone tell you that sooner?! Yes, yes, you get to choose everything in your life, give yourself some credit, take some responsibility, and take charge of that beautiful life that is Yours! You Can choose to smile!
#9: ☺ Hugs! Nothing feels better than a nice warm comforting hug. Hug everyone and everything! It feels good!!!
#10: ☺ Because you don't need to Act like Mr. or Mrs Frumpy Pants over there! Just because someone else is upset or down doesn't mean that You have to join them and feel the same way. You are allowed to still be Happy no matter what is happening around you. It doesn't do the other person any good by you having the same bad attitude. Be Happy and Optimistic and maybe that will pass on to them!
#11: ☺ Swings! They're so much fun and something you can totally do without feeling silly. Or, if you're like me then you won't care if you feel and look silly and you'll play on the whole playground anyways. Being a kid is fun!
#12: ☺ Because there's no Time like the Present! You do, you do, you do deserve to be Happy! And Happiness is in the moment, in the present, in the Now! So be in the moment and live each day to it's fullest and smile every single day forever!

I love you all and have a beautiful wonderful amazing day!

☺ Inspirational; "Good" & "Bad"--& the Reality ☺

There is no such thing as "Right" or "Wrong."
As such, there is no such thing as "Good" or "Bad."
It's all in your head. It's all Perception. It's all in your Attitude.

"When you see beyond 'good' and 'bad,' you are much better able to recognize and make the most of What's There."

Part of applying a Positive Mental Attitude is developing the realization that there is no such thing as a "good" or "bad" experience or thing. Things just Are. The Universe is not out to get you. Life presents us with all sorts of experiences, it is up to us to use those experiences wisely, to our greatest benefit and to aid our growth, or we could let those experiences crumble the world at our feet. All of those trials and tribulations are gifts in disguise, if only we open our eyes and our hearts and receive what they have to offer us.

"Maybe the 'good' things are tests, possibly rather difficult ones at that, and the 'bad' things are gifts to help us grow."

Those "bad" experiences are the ones from which we grow the most, without them our lives would be static and stagnant. So they aren't "bad" after all. They present us with problems to solve and work through, situations to learn from and possibly avoid in the future, habits to change, transformations and self-building needed, conditions to accept, and so forth. In all of these trials, we gain more than what we went in with. They are all part of the process providing us with Wisdom, Truth, Growth, Love, and Happiness.
Once we can push past the concept of these being "good" or "bad" and that they simply do not exist then we become open to what is actually There. We are able to see Things As They Are. And it is a beautiful world full of opportunity and potential.

Good could turn out to be Bad. And Bad could turn out to be Good. It's all in your head. It's whatever you perceive it to be. At the end of our perception, Things just Are. And so, in accepting Things as They Are, life becomes much smoother to simply go along for the ride and take things as they come. Don't so easily jump to thinking some situations are Bad. They are only bad if you make them bad, if you see them as bad, and feel them as bad. Instead recognize that it simply Is and welcome the experience it has to offer. Everything happens for a reason and if you can have a positive attitude towards something, the "bad" will quickly pass and more good things will come along in it's place.

Never allow the power of Positive Thinking to go overlooked. Life is what you make it. Open your eyes and see beyond the concepts of "good" and "bad" and fully accept any experience to provide you with Wisdom, Love, and Happiness.

"'Treat gain and loss as the same.' They mean don't be Intimidated. Don't make a Big Deal of anything--just accept things as they come to you."
