☺ Motivational Mondays! ☺



We're taking back Mondays!!!
"Motivational Mondays" are fabulous tips to get you excited and pumped for the week! 
Feeling low? Moody? Down on life? Well, that's what these posts are for! Time to feel awesome again and get some Positivity rolling! Just because it's Monday doesn't mean you can't have fun, smile, and enjoy Today! Apply these tips to your week and try to tell me that you don't start to see an improvement in your life! ;)
It's all about You! Change your perception, change your attitude, love your life! xo


Thank your Food! There is something to be said about saying Grace before we eat. I'm not religious, and I don't say grace per-say, but what I do do is say thank you for my food before I eat it. You'd be amazed at how difficult it is to get into the habit of doing this yet it is such an important practice. "Blessing" your food with gratitude infuses it with good energy and health, and allows your body to utilize it to its fullest extent. So get into the habit of using the Law of Attraction and positive energy on your food. 
Remember that all Good is Coming To You! If you feel low, down, or anything comes along that affects your state of joy, repeat to yourself that only good things are coming to you. The tribulations and bumps will simply become experiences to strengthen your Self, Attitude, and Joy. Know this and live it. 
Watch the Fireflies! Find a spot as the sun is just barely starting to go down or disappear over the treetops or building tops. Now watch all the flies. They look like fireflies! Think of them as little fairies, and imagine yourself in a magical land where all things are possible. Now remember that you are. ;)
Live Life Now! You never really know where life is taking you, how quickly things can change with the flip of a coin. Appreciate what you have right now. Don't put off things until the future, because there is never a future exactly as we think. Now is all we can guarantee so live Now and live Now to the Fullest! 
Treat Yourself! To your favourite food, to a little gift, to a special Something. Just go out and treat yourself and have the biggest damn smile while you do it. :)
Use your past to create a Beautiful Future! Often we use our past as an excuse for our current situation, predicament, or behaviours. Yes, your past helped to shape you, but You decide at every moment Who you want to Be, and what you want your Life to Be. Use your past as it should, as insight and lessons to apply to your present moment and create a beautiful and inspiring future.

Everyone is on their own paths and we need to respect that people are who they are and that that is Their choice. The greatest form of love is accepting people as they are. Focus less attention on how you want others to be and more attention on who You want to be!
