Just because it's Monday doesn't mean you can't have fun, smile, and enjoy Today! Apply these tips to your week and try to tell me that you don't start to see an improvement in your life! ;)

☺ I am too Blessed to be Stressed! Whenever you find yourself beginning to stress out over things this week, whether it's something small or something huge, remind yourself that stress gets you no where and instead look at all the beauty that exists in your life. You have far too much in your life to be stressed out. Look at how truly blessed you are and hold onto that.
☺ Put your Money where your Mouth Is. Keep in mind that your wallet is like an extension of your voice and values. Wherever you spend your money is in direct reflect to the kind of world you want to live in. Do you want to support child labour? Pesticides? The destruction of the earth? Multi-million dollar corporations? It may cost a little more to spend your money with true value, but just remember that what comes around goes around, every time you spend your money is casting a vote for the kind of world you want to live in.
☺ Joy = Success! Today (and everyday) remind yourself that a sign of success is in your ability to laugh and enjoy the pleasure of daily living. ♥
☺ Embrace Change! Again and again I will remind you to embrace change instead of resisting it. We seem to naturally resist change and be afraid of it, when we should be embracing it. Change is a sign of growth, within yourself and all that is around you, and it is a sign of better things to come. We must get rid of the old to make room for the new. Swim with the current instead of going against it and you will find the journey much more pleasurable and much more at ease.
☺ Hug a Tree! Connect yourself with nature and with the energies around you. Appreciate its beauty. And hug a tree, just because!
☺ Smile! … and see what happens! I challenge you this week to smile at every given opportunity. I find it silly the normal is to walk around with a blank expression, why not smile instead? See what happens when you do! :)
