☺ Inspirational: Motivational Mondays! ☺

Why hello again you lovely Monday! It is a beautiful fall day here in Nelson. Although it has gotten chilly, it sure is beautiful out! So, let's make this another amazing week and make up for missing out on last week's monday post! ;)

☺  Go with the Flow... which means no stressing allowed. Things have a way of working themselves out if you stay in a positive mental state. Trust me! So go with the flow and allow the Universe to bring you positivity and for things to just work out and happen.
Play in Sprinklers! Before it gets too cold! Next time you see a sprinkler on at the park or someone's lawn, have a run through it. It's fun and silly and you'll have a good laugh at yourself afterwards. ;)
☺  Shop Second Hand! If you're shopping for something new why not check out your local thrift stores first? You'd be surprised by what awesome stuff you can find there! It's a great way to save some money and be good to the environment.
☺  Give yourself time to be Creative! You can make time for the things you love. All it takes is a little effort and confidence. Don't put aside your creative endeavors that you enjoy simply because you say you don't have time. Make time and let that creative mind flow... and have fun!!
☺  Respect the Insects... don't kill them on-sight. Remember that they too are living creatures. Just because they are tiny doesn't mean they don't feel. Of course I'm not saying you have to watch your every step, your bound to step on something. But you can choose not to squish that spider or ant or swat that fly.
Eat Raw! Raw food is the absolute best thing for you, so try to incorporate as much raw food into your diet as possible. It's a lot easier than you think too. A fruit smoothie here, a salad there. Try to have one raw meal a day!
Think before you eat that next cheese burger or dairy product... "One meal, soon forgotten, in exchange for a whole life." -unknown. I saw this quote this morning and found it simply yet profound. Worth sharing and worth a mention for this week. ;)

Hope you all haven't missed me too much. ;) I'm getting back into the swing of things this week and have lots to share with you about my New York trip, Farm Sanctuaries, and general life experiences and inspiration. In the mean time, have a spectacular Monday!! Make it an awesome week!

  1. I wish someone could make Hud understand that insects can live alongside us.. Not that he wants to squish them (he's a scaredy-cat :P )luckily I have to rescue the spider/insect/hud from the situation everytime.. and no one dies!
